I used to work in family law, and it's 💯 her money. There's a mechanism (constructive trust) to calculate all the unpaid labour a stay at home partner contributes to support a family unit. It basically assumes if not for her contributions to support the kind of life that would afford his success, then he would not have been successful. Then there's other forms of equalization to guarantee a standard or quality of life so that one partner/caregiver/custodian, in the case of families with children, does not unduly benefit while the other suffers.

It's not that deep. There's always gonna be an issue. Yall had an issue with garcelle when she first came on the scene. You had an issue with Eboni from NYC. You had an issue with Noella and Wendy. There's a pattern of the audience being triggered
As someone who has medical issues I do understand Annmarie because when you use medical ailments as excuses for your behavior at least make it make sense. People who don’t know better wouldn’t question her. I like Sutton though but her angle with that is definitely side eye vibes lol.

Kyle has never been Dorit's friend. Both of them were 'friends' out of convenience, ie. backstabbing & ousting LVP, and ganging up on Denise. Now that one of the divisive ringleader Lisa R is gone, the fake friendships have dissolved. Case in point: Erica is now able to fraternize with the other 'team', Giselle and Sutton. Like you said, this could've NEVER happened before.

That Taco Tuesday scene was epic! The fashions were 'fashion-ing'...sort of. I like Dorit's sweatshirt, Crystal looked nice for once and I liked Erica's pink dress-it looks stylish and comfy. I have no idea what Garcelle was wearing. But she ate in that scene and left no crumbs! She stood on business. Seeing Dorit uncomfortable and running out of Taco Tuesday was a real treat! I'll say it again, Sutton and Garcelle are the dream team. I would never expect Erica to explain how the term 'attack' is a dog whistle to weaponize against black people. When I heard that coming out of her mouth, I had to rewind that. I'm sitting there like ' wait a minute, is this a Freaky Friday moment? The year is 2023 right?' Maybe Erica is experiencing growth...but then she and Denise were beefing again. I don't think Denise should come back to RHOBH. She doesn't know how to read and she's triggered-rightfully so. I knew Erica was going for blood at the end.

Totally agree. Kyle is latching by onto that girl because she is trying to fill the void. She seems to have an anxious attachment style which is why she is all up on Morgan. She is also younger - will likely outlive Kyle so she doesn’t have to worry about losing another friend.

I know that Robyn, Giselle, and Ashley are tryna ice Wendy and Candiace out of the group, but if they do, then what storylines do they have? They make Wendy and candiace’s relationships their storylines. They have no storylines unless they turn on each other.

It's WILD to me that so many women take issue with the relationship he has with his mother. If it was an older woman saying the same things, would there be red flags or considered acceptable because it's a Mother/Daughter relationship? I laughed at Dorit after she left with her tail dragging behind her at Kyle’s house after her defeat in the attacked comment to Garcelle. 😂😂😂 I was proud of Garcelle as she said “ it’s not my job to teach you” . Erica did a great job of explaining how black females feel about the “attack” comments.
