I feel like Sharon should be a lot more historical compared to Karen. Sharon sounds like an older name to me. Plus the old inn would go in well there.

If we want to make the hotel chain sound fancy, Egg's Florentine Hotels sounds right to me
I think the single house in the block with the hotel should be zoned as a medium density block. I think it makes more sense (and is somewhat common in central Europe) to have a single multi story house next to commercial :)

The hotel chain could be huevos pajaros. Which is literally bird's eggs but a play on huevos rancheros a popular Central American dish.
It might also be slang for "orchids" I'm told.

Karen
The bridge crossing the river into Karen that is parallel to the train track is broken and not connected. You deleted it in previous build to make room for the new train station and never replaced it. you can see it well when you are putting in the train lines.
Sharon needs to be the opposite to Karen, an upper class area with exclusive estates and high end retail. Grow the rivalry against the two towns.
The statue of industry could be renamed the Managers' Memorial statue. To commemorate all the fallen managers at the hands of the Karens

I hate to be THAT person, but I'm sorry Egg, this is an epic fail of a build. You were trying to expand on the "dreadful world of Karen", but you've actually created a suburb I'd be proud to live in. It looks great. I can't find anything, ANYTHING to complain to the manager about. Disastrous. I suppose, if you must, keep up the great work.

The price slider isn't quite as predictable as you'd think. On the cabins, I found I got most profit by lowering it all the way, because that way I sold all the rooms. On others, it was about 3 clicks from bottom. On others, I could max it, and others it was just over half. Maybe there's a hidden metric in there that looks for range to population hotspots. I've got buses, intercity buses, sightseeing buses, walking tours, and taxis saturating the town so it's not PT availability.
Interesting thing about walking tours - they build up attractiveness the more "purple" areas they pass through and the more concentrated that "purple" is, but you can cheese it a little by going through a custom park (or parks) and in and out the gates (or several gates of course) several times, as long as the "purple" saturates the whole route.
You could start outside the main gate and then send them to each attraction in your park and back outside the main gate before going to the next attraction until the route reaches its max attractive length.
Never spotted that before.
But what I actually use the walking tours for is to send tourists to attractions near the hotels, and then connect the hotels with sightseeing buses and a tourist transport hub. Airport buses would also make sense as hotel transfers. Sightseeing buses compete with other PT, so they're best used to shuttle tourists quickly between destinations and arrival points in a loop, and to back other PT off by a few blocks so that the tour is the quickest way to see the sights. Using commercial leisure and tourist specialisations along the tour route helps, once you know which way it's going to go. Karen is a prime example of a district that would boost a tour bus attractiveness with its nightlife district setting.
With all the footpath detailing, it makes sense to use the walking tours along the custom paths to direct tourists the quickest way and most attractive between attractions, but also ensuring all the paths get lots of use.

Some SHARRON town ideas if you'd like;
Sharron should be a green and clean city, lots of trees and shades, some nice public houses (korean ccp maybe),new parks all-around. Should have bike and bus facilities for sure but maybe their focal transport can be a CABLE CAR system circling around sharron up above & around the suburbs, a train line, underground metro line, monorail and ferry. This type of transport option will look good for SHARRON in my opinio ❤❤🎉

You should try to achieve at least 90% average satisfaction on your hotels if you want to get to 5 stars. 85% will only bring you up to 4 stars.

Your trolleybus network looks messy, it should be more structured.
I don't know about the trolley depot next to the train station, it should be a little further out, near the hypermarket.

As for the trolley buses the tram looking model is WAY to bougie for Karen. I’d love to see Karen have it’s own model for the trolley buses. Make it unique to this town specifically.
Feels like Sharon should have an obnoxious cheap glitzy vibe, something that Karen residents can also hate. Trying hard to be downtown but out in the sticks and failing miserably. Oh, and throw me a skatepark underneath a railway line somewhere please!

Re the trains. Why not run the airport express to the downtown and on to the international airport via Karen? You’d need a new spur from Karen to the downtown. You could then ban international trains everywhere apart from Karen making it the main international train interchange. Re the Hotels: How about “Overcharged Hotels”
That train intersection you've been floating might be a great opportunity to use the awkward double-story train station from the CCP!

At 38:42, your prop community playground, it's surrounded by a lot of roads, I think you should make that little turnaround, pedestrian only, so a kid doesn't get crushed.
Some camping tents under the railroad, in & around the fences, inside the fences as homeless shelter's would look tremendously good and will go along with karen's vibe
My real life city dismantled it's trolleybus lines in 2009. And now seeing the new one's on CS, these two factors tell me to vote for trolleybuses everywhere.
Egg just unintentionally created a tourist trap, forcing people to Karen just to take the direct train into the downtown if they want to avoid road traffic 😂

If you plan to build a major population hub at the other side of the map, in my humble opinion a dedicated bullet-train connection could look amazing. I mean the game has high-speed rail and the train models. I would try to build it near the new international airport, where the real ones are used most of the time.

Would love to see the multi platform train station in Sharon. Not where you connect all the train lines off the bat but have each one come out and go to different parts of city without connecting all of them together. You have two off the bat. Elegant multi platform train station screams Sharon and her high class ways.
Johnithan bagel (or JB High) can be the name of the high school in the baseball center (or the training Field) after the name of the memorial (the name i created for the person the memorial is named after) you placed in the same episode :)

I think it's a bit weird that the city's current only airport goes to Karen. I think it would make more sense for there to be a airport - downtown train service, with stops on the outer platforms, and then a train interchange - Karen - train. Perhaps to help train traffic, it might be better to have the terminating line stop on the same platform as the other line at the train interchange, but set the frequency to be lower on one of them.

Win you connect the train lines into Sharon one track can be dedicated to connecting the town with the rest of orchid bay (having dedicated routs to all the major areas) and another connecting it with the off-map but it wouldn't make much sens having two separate train stations in one town unless the train station that is dedicated to the off map is the main off map station in orchid bay (at least in the coastal side of the city) wich can make the identity of Sharon unique in its own right and it can even capitalize on this as well
