He didn’t need to start with a iPhone on a tripod , but he did and that’s still more than what most so called entrepreneurs would be willing to do these days to start. Geoff got me back into collecting. I have a 17 month old son now and I can't wait to share this hobby with him. I hope to take him on a trip to Cards HQ one day. Both of you guys are a positive for the hobby.
Love the fact it brings the entire family into collecting. Take us middle aged guys back to when we we're kids bringing back the excitement. Vantastic stuff. Geoff certainly has his supporters and his detractors, but after watching this great episode of Chasing Cardboard, he certainly comes across as an authentic, motivated, passionate, and thoroughly likeable family man (which are clearly key ingredients to his success). That is extremely hard to fake. I'd urge people to take ANY You Tube uploaders' investment advice with a grain of salt - esp. those with a vested interest, who stand to gain financially from driving 'hype' - and just enjoy it all for what it is... content. At the end of the day, the individual is responsible for the investment decisions THEY choose to make. Thanks to Geoff for taking us through his family home, his collection, and his vision for his shop. It's clear that Geoff has some great people behind him, and has had a lot of great advice in the whole process of his new venture (which he has taken onboard). I appreciate his honesty, his modesty in pointing out people who have influenced him along the way (including you, Ty!), and wish him well. I've met both Geoff (SCI) and Ryan (CC2) and one big thing with both of them is that they are absolutely great with kids. I recently got back into the hobby and I model my approach to the hobby much like these guys do. I love it, and my kids love it. And that's what this hobby is about. Collecting, having fun and passing the fun on to others.

Ive been non-sport for decades but crossing that line for that vintage baseball and basketball as of late. Btw, bring back the CCB t-shirts. I need an old school CCB shirt for my channel 😊😊😊. If I'm not mistaken, his shop's going to be right down the road from Truist Park (Braves), not too far from the Home Depot HQ. I lived in that area about 15 years ago and loved it. Great spot for a sports card/multimedia venture that'll not only draw in retail customers and the online crowd but also open up the door to discounts from distributors.

I had my preconceived noations about Geoff and realized that's all they were what a great guy and truly a good man. I have 4 David Robinson cards, hand signed by the Admiral himself. I sent those cards to the Alamo in 1993 when I was a 13 yr old. He returned all the cards, once he even sent me a cassette tap and a signed autobiography.
I just want to say I really enjoy both of your channels tremendously! This was great and wish I could chill and spend a day talking cards with both of you. I'd love to work for geoff because he is intelligent and comes off as a true genuine person. I hate seeing a certain channel on TH-cam run him through the mud and I just absolutely love the dude and always rooting for him! You both are amazing and keep up the fabulous work!

Would love to see you or him do app that let's you scan your collection without fees or scan limits I think collectors want to have a digital library of the cards in the boxes I hope you guys do something like that I would scan so many to have a ideal of what I have so many collectors don't even know what they have and a simple scan app that's free would be epic

I have boxes and boxes of old sports cards from when i was a kid. My dad used to bring home boxes and boxes every couple days. about 30 year old sealed boxes. I pulled so many cards that show very high value if graded well but nervous about what to do next. I need some help. all of my cards are raw. Whats the first step i should take with my collection. I have Ludex on my phone and I'm currently adding my collection on there but Im really just going in circles here. Last time i was doing this I was 12 years old . Now I'm 40 and have a whole collection in my attic .
