Reto, just as a heads up for if/when you play tainted beth again- lemegeton pulls its items from the current room you're in, so it's better to use red heart charges in secret/angel/devil rooms.

Moms knife got some cool new synergies in repentance. The tiny planet one is actually really cool, although with soy milk I don't know how much damage it would do. For me personally, I always get the weird tear modifiers, is the only way to get new cool synergies even when it's not the best choice. On a related topic, is just a shame cursed eye's curse is so bad because it has some of my favorite synergies.
