- We have NO WIFI at home this week! I wanted to post the usual Sunday vlog where I return from England but I just haven't had time to finish editing it and find somewhere to upload. Hopefully I can post that on Wednesday.
Luckily I had already uploaded this video a few days ago just in case (I always have one ready to go as you never know with the internet here!)
So this was the day before I went to the UK, a normal day at work for me. my lovely bride Lydia gave me permission to film during the preparations for her wedding at the Villa Oliveiro in Positano.

That was very interesting, to see everyone hanging around before the wedding. I don't remember being anywhere near so relaxed for mine (nearly 40 years ago)! I really liked that you kept the quintet's music going as background. They have a charming sound.

My husband & I live in CA, and have fairly recently found your site! We love watching you, Carlo and Holly 5 nights out of our week! We NEVER get tired of seeing the beauty where you guys live! We knew very little of it until NOW! 3 requests...please please! 1. If there are any old Roman estate ruins...or some great part of the Amalfi past history (we have read and studied it now!)...could you and Carlo go there and tell us about it?? I find it fascinating...all the stages of the Amalfi Coast and even King Ferdinand II building the connecting roads! 2. Could you take us to where Carlo works and show us more of what he does? 3. Could you show us more of the insides of your home if that would be ok...to see HOW it's designed AND the history of it!?? Thank you thank you for how you bring your lives into ours! We love how you both interact w/ each other/people you meet/friends, etc! We LOVED the hikes to the abandoned places, also and of course HOW you make special foods/treats from your garden! There were many wonderful scenes in this video. Carlo shirtless in the pool Holly yawning at the top of the steps, the views amazing, the flowers and table decor, the lemon trees on the table, but for some reason the musicians playing at the end sealed it for me. It just wrapped up a great video.

Wow! The joy of watching a pre wedding set up! So interesting!
Wow they went all out on the flowers. Flowers galore everywhere. The dress was so different. I love anything ombre. She was a gorgeous bride. Nice of Carlo to come help where he could and spend time with you in town. I could him wow over the giant floral hoop. The table was going to be beautiful with little tea lights hanging from the mini lemon trees. And the band was unique also. They were light hearted and set a relaxed and fun environment.
Just beautiful, Nicki! You & Carlo make such a good team. Love the music accompanying all your videos for the last several months. The drone footage has been so fun, too! Love the new haircut. So brave to cut your own hair. Your videos just make my day!

Hi Jen, I'm Carlo, thank you very much, they are two very different things, and I really like both of them, I can say that with the drone I am becoming better, while with the kayak unfortunately I have become much worse, long ago I was really good, every day I was on the kayak, I trained for hours, and I could cover a distance of 30 miles in 9 hours without stopping, I practically lived on the kayak !!😘❤️
