Super Touring 4. ST is NASA's "builder class," where you can use any kind of car (with some limitations), and you build it to meet the power/weight ratio for the class. ST4's ratio is 12lbs / hp. Adding or taking away other performance mods like aero, grippier tires, more sophisticated suspension, etc will modify what your power to weight can be.

Hehe not that I'm aware of. It's a Toyo RR build rather than a Hoosier build, so he has more (legal) HP than the other cars. Tradeoff is, less grip.
