What if a known good 7ph solution is popping up a 9ph? Cant figure out why this is happening & its throwing off my calibration.

@kingvegas3 Thank you for reaching out! We will be happy to address the issue you write about:
If your pH sensor shows pH 9 in a pH 7 buffer solution, it is most likely that a faulty calibration has led to a big offset of two pH units. The problem is that now the buffer solutions are not properly recognized when trying to do a one- or two-point calibration. You can correct that by performing a process calibration first to correct the offset. Subsequently, do a two-point calibration with Mettler Toledo pH 4.01 and pH 7.00 buffer solutions. Make sure you use the right buffer tables.
Let us know if this answer helped you solve the problem :) Stay tuned!

How to calibrate Mettler Toledo DO sensor O2 - 4050 e in terms of % of air saturation with fermentation medium.

      Dear @rajamurugan2356,
A DO probe in a saturated fermentation medium is usually set to 100% by applying a slope calibration (Process Calibration). With optical DO probes, we recommend using our “Scaling” function.
