I feel like the shots and camera work just keep getting better. The 360 shot on the chairlift... even the crash haha. Meals keep looking insane!!! Keep up the amazing hard work! Also, would you recommend those zipline goggles/lenses as an all-purpose lens?

I grew up South of SunValley a farm boy. But had season passes 4 years in high school. I have seen you ski SunValley sever times. And the best skiing is on the Warm springs North side Limelight and other runs are best when the snow is icy
It looks much better than last season was, though still icy. It's amazing that even in terrible conditions, there's always a good chance to find untracked snow! Just last Sunday at Stevens Pass, Seventh Heaven had some less-packed and untracked spots!
I only skied Sun Valley once on a trip to Idaho with my Cousin, skiing also at Bogus and Tamarack. Absolutely loved the steep fall line skiing and lack of crowds that pushed us to a 40K plus vertical day. One of my favorite days I've ever had as well. The Challenger Lift with it's 3100+ vertical was a great way to make our last 3 nonstop laps and that hot spring you enjoyed would've been a welcome relief for some thumping quads. Totally enjoy your videos and I have a Hero Max arriving in a couple days after seeing all of your footage with it.

Sun Valley looks incredibly beautiful! Definitely putting it on my list to visit next season. Those bowl runs looked like an absolute blast! I absolutely love visiting hot springs! A must do after a long day on the mountain 🏔️🙏🏻

Lucas! Really love your channel. If I may send some advice. I also believed that in the US West late January was best. What I am discovering is that March is when the snow fall is there. This year has been dry but March was the best performing Would love to meet up and do a lap one day. Your the greatest ! Very cool video. Just watching you Ski Sun Valley brought back some great memories of my last visit right before COVID shut everything down. Camera work is always right on and the music you choose seems to really capture the moment. I was just up in Jackson last week skiing some of the same lines you were two weeks ago. Now after watching this I kind of want to make a Sun Valley trip this year as well. Keep it up brother!

Warm Springs Lift is where Lucas took off. Follow the road west and look for steaming spots in the water and you will find a warm/hot spot. Also there are a couple of developed hot spring sites along Warm Springs Road. Stanley is a must see particularly the 40 or so miles with no development.
another great video at an historic, iconic ski resort...but the best was the beautiful sunset over the hot springs hot tub...too bad there are no hot springs at Alta... 🙂
I love Stanley, I live only an hour from there and I’ve been to that hot springs many times, a little farther there’s a lot of historical sites that are also fun to check out.
The best one yet! I’m a Layton guy and my wife’s family is in Twin Falls so I’ve skied Pomerelle and Sun Valley. Thanks for putting out the awesome videos you do!
I skied there the week before you were there and YES, what a beautiful mountain! loved the long runs and the views were insane! it snowed 6" the night before and a clear bluebird day on saturday. what a mountain!
Nice video. We live here in Idaho and I've only skied Sun Valley only because they were free lift tickets for playing the local Sun Valley Suns hockey team in a brutal full contact tournament. I've wondered how the rest of the resorts in the state compare like Bogus Basin, Tamarack, Brundage, Schweitzer, Lookout, Lost Trail, Pomerelle, Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole. I have skied most of the Utah resorts like Park City, Alta, Deer Valley and Snowbird and those I remember were fun (my brother went to the U and played hockey for them while almost becoming a professional skier). I tried following him on those double blacks at Alta but damn those were steep! Love the van set up, that is bad ass! We were just in that area you parked for the annual Sun Valley Pond Hockey Tournament. Just subscribed.

If you get there, also check out Vahalla Snowcats and Fernie Snowcats!

The last day we were there it snowed a good amount. You’re exactly right it’s an awesome mountain on a pow day. Definitely one of the best days I’ve gone skiing. Also on most of the groomed trails they make great snow every night so there’s usually always good snow if you know where to find it!
Awesome video! If you are in Idaho for a little while longer I would recommend a weekend trip to Brundage mountain resort and Tamarack resort, located in and close to McCall! They are open all week long aswell. Thank you for the awesome content, and keep it up!

Would have to say I wasn’t sure this was going to beat Se2 ep77 as my favorite episode yet, but that ending was straight fireworks! Mega feels this might have taken the cake.
That is what has kept me from making the trip there. I am an eastern skier, and the place has very low snow numbers. Far less than my home ski hill in Vermont so I more than likely will never get there. I have seen some videos when they do get big snow and the trees look great. I am happy Lucas could give me a tour. Looked like a fun day for sure.
Caught a 7 inch powder day at Monarch and then hit BB at Crested Butte on Sunday this weekend, scouting out my new city of Montrose - if you ever need a spot to park the van when you come visit Telluride later in the season, hmu.

I went to palisades and alpine meadows this weekend and the snow wasn’t great. But it was a fun trip! Love the videos Lucas!

We haven't had snow for a month in Tahoe. I heard Squaw wasn't that good, Rose has been nice but very crowded on the weekends.

Awesome video! If you are in Idaho for a little while longer I would recommend a weekend trip to Brundage mountain resort and Tamarack resort, located in and close to McCall! They are open all week long aswell. Thank you for the awesome content, and keep it up!

i was pleasantly surprised! but im with you man - wish they got more snow and had a bit better terrain but still a great day!
That is what has kept me from making the trip there. I am an eastern skier, and the place has very low snow numbers. Far less than my home ski hill in Vermont so I more than likely will never get there. I have seen some videos when they do get big snow and the trees look great. I am happy Lucas could give me a tour. Looked like a fun day for sure.

Caught a 7 inch powder day at Monarch and then hit BB at Crested Butte on Sunday this weekend, scouting out my new city of Montrose - if you ever need a spot to park the van when you come visit Telluride later in the season, hmu.
