@@flurrygray275 yes please preinfusion help? Second when the machine is on and dont used for a 30 minutes and use again the presion is so stronge what can do?
@@rolandocalderonguerra2346 you mean a a steam from the group head? It is actually normal and we reccomend to flush out first before brewing. If the machine is morethan a year, it may require a descaling specifically on the heat exchanger. In terms of having a fast extraction you may install a restrictor/giggler to control the flow.
For further help, please let us know the group pressure and boiler pressure/ temperature please?
