Ever thought about having a small outpost at different locations you find while out traveling away from base? And have supplies/storage available at each of them case you need them.
@@Pythonator you have no clue the enjoyment and peace your videos have brought me and will continue to bring me every time I watch them. Thank you for sharing your content with us.
You know you could make that villager a librarian and get silk touch right now. Might not be the best use but solves a problem and you do have some luck finding zombie villagers. Thanks again Mr. Python
Hey python, just wanted to say that you’re amazing. I love the calmness of your videos, I love how you are open about issues in the real world, I love how you interact with your audience. Overall you are a great man and I hope all is well. ❤❤❤ Also maybe name the mule (or a better mule) Chester? Either way keep doing what you do, see you in the next vid! 😊
Dripstone and lava farms are a godsend, even more so if you have an iron farm to craft buckets, since lava is the best method of heating a furnace for smelting ores. OH! and unless they changed it, pointed dripstone is available via wandering trader (need 4 to craft 1 dripstone block)
You need to get some dogs to keep the skeletons away and somes cats to keep the creepers away, armadillos to keep the spid ers away and light up your area so you can be mob free
Great episode. Lava farms are soo useful now that you need to use 1000 torches to like up a cave. U can use the coal for torches and the lava buckets for smelting
Yes the inspiration came from ussss. So happy pythonator. I stopped setting up my new phone as soon as I got your notification. I was also editing one of my own videos and paused it to watch this
loving those daily uploads! but i am afraid of you getting burned out so if you ever feel like started to burn out, dont try to keep your promise of 1k like = daily upload !
Python I recommend making a automatic sugar cane farm not only for the enchantment table but also for trading with villagers as it’d help with the librarians and the cartographers
Do you have a set of goals to meet before you access the previous bases like there was for season 2, or is it just when you feel like you have done enough? Either way, love the series!
Love the idea of making instead of a base maybe a lookout that hangs over the cliff on the mesa biome, or maybe even make a little cottage up there as well
Hey Python, Why do you think these slow paced episodes are becoming unpopular right now? Some people tell its boring but looking at your videos, I can prove them wrong. Love the vids, keep up the great work. Btw you can get ice through wandering traders.
I mean I can only hope that another ye olde style LP resurgence happens again (like it did in 2019) but largely speaking, this style of LP goes through peaks and troughs popularity wise, like wildly so, haha 😀
Hey, about the chicken farm, place the lava but replace the hopper under the slab with a minecart hopper on a rail. It will catch the chicken 100% of the time. Trust
A dripstone farm is something I still dont have in my world. Maybe its time to get around to that. I have been preparing my world for the next update, such as making sure I have all my villagers I want to trade with setup. Shame the mule is so slow, lol. Hope you get a faster one soon!
@@Pythonator I have stacks upon stacks of coal blocks, so I dont need much lava anyway, lol. I love mining and my world is about two years old, so I have alot of resources collected. Just yesterday I went on an iron mining spree and once all was fortune mined, I added more than 2 stacks of blocks to my already half full shulker of iron blocks.. 😅
wouldn't it be cool if you themed all of the island and put your all your storage as that theme? you have like a volcano island for all the nether supplies. farming island for farming supplies and a winter island for ice supplies . you could also put some themed mobs there like the bog skeleton for a swampy island. i think it would be super creative for building
Hi python what are you're goals/ objectives for this season? As in when are you allowing yourself to go back to the original area of your world? Love the vids ❤
I don't have any solid goals per se, just that anything and everything goes. One day, I might decide I want to achieve something or other before allowing myself access to the older parts of the world but I just haven't thought about it yet, haha. Been having too much fun here! 😀 Thanks for the kind words too 😀
The 1k Like goal train KEEPS ROLLING! Love the video and I'd watch you play anything so don't worry about building episodes or mining episodes or odds/ends episodes
A silk touch villager would be great, do you think you will be using the new crafter in any of your farms, I bet you could think of some unique ideas. Loving the series big thumbs up.
Well copper blocks are definitely in the block palette for the new lighthouse at the very least, so is white concrete but to a lesser degree! You'll see soon enough! 😀
Since this is just default Vanilla Minecraft, I play with 16 chunk render distance. If I had Optifine, I can get away with bumping it up to 24 chunks with my setup 😀
@@Pythonator Thanks I'll try to use 16 chunks on my mobile too to have a similar experience Btw with optifine you can try distant horizons mod It loads a lot of chunks and doesn't put much load on your setup!!
Are you going to get your horse back Also it'd be very useful if you made a supply line As well as made a nether Bass in the nether for protection and to hold supplies
On my travels in this episode, I found various other groups of horses, perhaps I see if I can get a better one, faster, higher jumper, good health, the lot! 😀
Hey python you might want to save some of the pointed drip stone as you can make an unlimited potions similar to the infinity lava but instead of lava just use water and place your potions in the cauldrons
An alternative food and fuel source could be dried kelp, since dried kelp block is a rather efficient fuel and once you start producing dried kelp from baking the kelp from a kelp farm, it quickly starts giving a positive return in output and you start to produce more fuel than the amount of fuel you spend additionally it's a great excuse to make a super smelter to dry the kelp or maybe a super smoker smelter for even better efficiency.
TH-cam is certainly frustrating to deal with at times... having done this for more than 13 years now, I've heard and experienced it all, believe me, haha - Glad you found your way back though! Enjoy! 😀
I play in Java edition and I don't know if you can do this in Bedrock cause I haven't played in Bedrock in so long cause I have both. But you can use dripstone for an automatic water farm as well. Just need dripstone and cauldrons.
My pythonator membership expires today so I am enjoying my emoji I might get my membership renewed later on in the year loving the series so far keep up the good work
@kathyenna4388 he had 2 seasons of this same world before this. That’s why he doesn’t get a lot of the achievements, he has them from before. The videos are in his channel if you go to his channel and look you will see the previous 2 seasons (100 episodes) spanning over 2 years! Hope this helps!
That was patched out before this series began, haha - In fact, that's why there was a tiny delay in getting this season started, that's a literal game breaking bug so not really fit to start a series on! 😀
lol he said yeah i really had to travel that far for a nether forest, and it was a comedically short distance, i feel like i always travel a hour for one forest 🤦
Unpopular opinion: Mining episodes aren’t that boring
Another amazing video from Python in the books :)
Ayyy, I appreciate the kind words and yeah, I rather enjoy a mining episode here and there too 😀
Very much agreed, nothing wrong with a bit of mining and exploring. It is in the name of the game after all.
I wouldn't mind him building a mineshaft either.
'And they call it a mine!'
Ever thought about having a small outpost at different locations you find while out traveling away from base? And have supplies/storage available at each of them case you need them.
Love that idea 😀 Thanks so much for the dono as well bud, really appreciate it again!

The chickens make me wish we had ducks. 😅 2:09

Loving all the new content python.
Thanks for your generosity again Lee, really appreciate ya bud 😀

Episode 7 and he's already making farms. Amazing
Hell yeah, we're making progress! 😀
Dripstone and lava farms are a godsend, even more so if you have an iron farm to craft buckets, since lava is the best method of heating a furnace for smelting ores.
OH! and unless they changed it, pointed dripstone is available via wandering trader (need 4 to craft 1 dripstone block)
The growth is crazy!
36k aldredy congrats..
You need to get some dogs to keep the skeletons away and somes cats to keep the creepers away, armadillos to keep the spid

You should build a western town in the Badlands biome :D
That'd be a pretty cool thing to try at some point perhaps! Thanks for the generosity as well 😀
Great episode. Lava farms are soo useful now that you need to use 1000 torches to like up a cave. U can use the coal for torches and the lava buckets for smelting
Good point! I can focus more on lighting up caves now 😀

at 18:16 - That zombie pigman made me jump... lol
Do you have a set of goals to meet before you access the previous bases like there was for season 2, or is it just when you feel like you have done enough? Either way, love the series!
Pretty much just when I feel like it really! Cheers for the kind words too 😀
Gobblestone Generator And dripstona farm Last time I was sick and cannot Watch You're episode I love you videos cheers🖐🖐🖐
The donkey must be friend with you. Then you can use your golden carrot.
Tbf, a cobble generator (and stone generator too) would be a nice addition to our settlement 😀
For the mesa mountain base perhaps a southwest themed build would be cool.😊
Love the idea of making instead of a base maybe a lookout that hangs over the cliff on the mesa biome, or maybe even make a little cottage up there as well
Moss and Azalea leaves/bushes stay green in dry biomes, so you could use those to landscape if you end up building in the mesa.
That's a really good point tbf! Hadn't thought about that 😀
Lava Farms are what I do. As a note, it takes on average 2 individual farms to fuel a single furnace all the time.
The way I do it is I just make a boatload of buckets for each furnace, and whenever I use a furnace I replace the bucket.
You just have to add water and remove the sign so the items can go up. Good luck 👍
Hey Python, Why do you think these slow paced episodes are becoming unpopular right now? Some people tell its boring but looking at your videos, I can prove them wrong. Love the vids, keep up the great work. Btw you can get ice through wandering traders.
These are the only types of videos I watch because it’s more realistic to the speed I play😂
I mean I can only hope that another ye olde style LP resurgence happens again (like it did in 2019) but largely speaking, this style of LP goes through peaks and troughs popularity wise, like wildly so, haha 😀
Another great video 😀😃
The season 3 area is amazing, would love to see some kind of project in the badlands biome.
Same, it would be cool for there to be a staircase going all the way up the canyon connecting it to a farm built from that dungeon he found!
Eventually perhaps! 😀
Loving your ideas python ,can't wait for the next episode 😃😃
I think next episode you should expand the docks and add the villiager into it. Keep the episodes coming !
Hey python since you haven't really used honey or bees maybe you could make a bee hive build to farm honey
Love that idea! 😀
Hey, about the chicken farm, place the lava but replace the hopper under the slab with a minecart hopper on a rail. It will catch the chicken 100% of the time. Trust

Never made a dripstone farm before today so probably will be an evolving project. Perhaps there's better farms out there, this one's a simple setup! 😀

Oooooooooh, good idea!!! Love villagers so much, haha, so overpowered 😅😀

Awesome I never knew this was a feature
Yay!
I’m still on episode 4 haha but the past two episodes I’ve dropped a like on day one to keep the series going
You could create a super smelter now you have a lava farm. That will help so much getting the material you need.
This is epic ❤❤❤❤😂😂

Maybe a Cobblestone Generator incorporated into the build?
Thanks Mr. Python

Buy ice from wandering trader too if no silk touch
True!!! 😀
12:45 that's what she said

Thanks so much for the kind words, I appreciate ya 😀
Yo Python Ive Been Subbed On Ur Old Acc For a long long timr 😊
If you do make the lighthouse how about making out of copper and white concrete
Well copper blocks are definitely in the block palette for the new lighthouse at the very least, so is white concrete but to a lesser degree! You'll see soon enough! 😀
Dripstone grows from the top and the bottom... I believe the ones on the bottom block water flow..
Aye, that's why I'm only having it grow down from the ceiling 😀 Seems less of a faff that way!
Hey Python!
I just wanna know how much render distance do you use?
Btw loving the series so far❤

Hey python you might want to save some of the pointed drip stone as you can make an unlimited potions similar to the infinity lava but instead of lava just use water and place your potions in the cauldrons
You should get a doggo and name it king
Python you could just put a hopper below the chicken chest and under the hopper theres a smoker too cook your chicken
Python vid sweet ❤ smash like
heeyyy phyton which other minecrafters do you watch for fun???
love ya vids
You should name the Villager, Carl. Why? Idk, he just looks like a Carl to me lol. Love your series, can’t wait till the next one!
You could make an auto-Matic farm
Hi Python, great video. When do you think you will go back to previous seasons bases
Not sure yet, I'm sticking to this area for now. Really been enjoying it a lot... even more than the S2 area I would even say! 😀
You can build a huge trade center, you can start a watermelon and pumpkin farm, you can become rich.
I do like the idea of that tbf 😀
An alternative food and fuel source could be dried kelp, since dried kelp block is a rather efficient fuel and once you start producing dried kelp from baking the kelp from a kelp farm, it quickly starts giving a positive return in output and you start to produce more fuel than the amount of fuel you spend additionally it's a great excuse to make a super smelter to dry the kelp or maybe a super smoker smelter for even better efficiency.
It’s amazing that you’ve made it this far without an enchantment table and a farm of crops😂
That'll likely change in the next episode! When ya get to the point of NEEDING enchants... yeah... something's gotta change, haha 😀
U should make a farm to grow wheat and seeds
Donkeys can wear sattle bags 2...
Yeeeaaahhhh... but mules are better for the most part... functionally anyway, they're faster and jump higher 😀
I Can't believe I missed the new start of this Let's play. TH-cam out of nowhere decided to unsubscribe me.
Luckily I saw this on my recommendations.
TH-cam is certainly frustrating to deal with at times... having done this for more than 13 years now, I've heard and experienced it all, believe me, haha - Glad you found your way back though! Enjoy! 😀
If you don't want exp you could make auto smoker and auto smelter
How did you get the water to stay?!
I play in Java edition and I don't know if you can do this in Bedrock cause I haven't played in Bedrock in so long cause I have both. But you can use dripstone for an automatic water farm as well. Just need dripstone and cauldrons.

One of the newest snapshots the crafting is all broken and you can duplicate stuff just a heads up
That was patched out before this series began, haha - In fact, that's why there was a tiny delay in getting this season started, that's a literal game breaking bug so not really fit to start a series on! 😀
I didn't love the mule's speed. it's so slow.
You have to tame a donkey to breed it you can use golden carrots
You will need space to get to the cauldrons. Just fyi
I believe I can reach up to 4 blocks away with a bucket... at least I hope I can! We'll see soon enough I guess! 😀
lol he said yeah i really had to travel that far for a nether forest, and it was a comedically short distance, i feel like i always travel a hour for one forest 🤦
A kelp farm would have been better instead of lava
Be carefil about jumping in a water hole in dripstone
