Hi Ty for recipe I tried your recipe but atlast it didn't bake properly it it's still we'd from between,I keep it in oven for 60mins I instert toothpick still not bake properly but from top ots bake properly like your bit not from inside. Pls guide

You should get around 10-12 depending on the size. If the cupcake size is smaller, you’d get more. I would suggest baking for 10-15 minutes. Upto 20 minutes if size is large.
We made your above cake yesterday and it turned out excellent.everyone in the family loved it.if i were to make double the quantity should i double all the ingredients?
I don't have loaf shape baking tray I have square shape. Can I make it in square shape baking tray? Can we use normal cooking oil instead of olive oil????
I made this cake did use some walnuts and sone dry cranberries & sultanas just a few. Didn't like the taste of the walnuts in it. I think walnuts are better left out. Use walnuts to decorate the top if ur making an icing and cream cheese topping.

Turned out amazing I microwaved it for 4mins instead of baking it and added cream cheese frosting

Hi Neha, the curd you added, is it hung curd? And the curd has to be fresh curd or little Khatta will do?

You can use egg instead if you do eat eggs. Or else, whole milk. Though it may affect the texture of the cake.
