I will say though Gavin's final assault might've been the greatest outcome for his objective so to speak. In the sense that while he did miss with the initial projectile he did get Ryan with Gus' ice cubes in his drink. So in a perverse sort of way Gavin won by failing and got Ryan with the triple.

I know people that drink cold and warm water, and both are healthy. Normally people drink warm water when they have a cold or when its just coming on to provide an extra layer to the immune system, normally they squeeze a lemon or lime into it. With cold water it's just the same just tastier
It takes more energy to convert cold water to the same temperature as your body, so in a sense yes it's "bad" for you but not where you should worry about it, it just isn't as refreshing for your body in the long run because it needs to be processed. At the end of the day if it's clean water, cold or hot it should be good for you.
