- Imagine if Driv3r met with Saints Row and made a reboot baby cause that's what this game is about except it has some comedic moments than serious stuff.

I love that over all these years they still kept the iconic police siren sounds from saints row 1.
It was also used in the Destroy all Humans games back in the day

It's really weird how Volition was able to program that in the reboot, but not bring back the ability to mug people at gunpoint or rob stores.
Also, losing the cops in the reboot is way too easy. One minute, you may have level 3 or 4 of police notoriety, and once you leave their sight, the notoriety is gone after a few seconds, instead of gradually lowering down to zero like in the previous games.
Considering there is no forfive and forget or cheats I think that is why they made it easy but you can also change the difficulty settings with a custom difficulty for enemies
But not only, even the gang notoriety. Also if you kill the cops after 3 or 5 notoriety, the notoriety is gone already. Even the gang.

Really annoying how it doesn't say "SHERIFF" on the back of the deputy's vest.
Personally in my opinion the best police system is the watch dogs series specifically 1 and 2

Gta 4 is simplest, i prefer watch dogs if they also arrest or pull you over like in Driver: Parallel Lines.
@@sholandosmiguelito6508 You can be arrested in Driver Parallel Lines even though your wanted level is maxed. Just stand still and they will stop shooting, then proceed to arrest you.

This is probably the first video I've seen, which is not about how much the characters suck.
Actually, it's quite sad. You can clearly see the good ideas like the tasers or random police events. Also police interacting with enemy NPCs is not standard even now.
I would say (it's just a guess, I don't plan trying it) that the original idea for the game was good but it all got screwed up within the execution and absolutely awful narrative of the world.
If the characters weren't [everything I hate about modern culture in a nutshell] and the execution of the game wasn't screwed up, I would say that it is a decent game.
It's funny because police using tasers was already a thing in saints row 2 (if i am not wrong) idk if it was a thing in sr1
@@Gonzas97 Yes, in SR2 they were using tasers, in SR1 not, only nightsticks, I think.

Hi! Thank you so much for this video, its cool. Also, on certain routes, the police will use a motorcycle! The game has a forest guard transport. Please review at Saints Row 2 and 3. I also really want a review of the police reaction in Just Cause 1, there are also many features

Saints Row 2 you could get busted at any wanted level if you’re low HP and stumbling (as in ragdolled for whatever reason) when a cop approaches you.

Kinda makes sense for mafia 3 since the cops would rather kill a black man than arrest and it's in an Era where lots of black people were mistreated and murdered by white people.

Can you analyse the army in the just cause games ?
The police's AI is getting better, but the pursuit system is simply rough, too easy to hide, right? The police don't even have water power, the helicopter just stays in the air and doesn't carry snipers like the third generation. The armed helicopter doesn't give the army but gives swat. The laziest thing is that swat's suv is just a leather version of ordinary police. Saints row is a game that pursues cheerfulness but makes the enemy generation system so simple. The restart version is inferior to the third generation except for the picture quality and npc ai.

Nope. They all got bad controls to the point it becomes frustrating to analyze things.

@@Thekillergreece on console versions of Saints Row 1 and 2 you can change the driving controls to the triggers which makes it easier

GTA IV did the Fit/Fat Cops a lot better. The Fat Cops were useless in a Foot Chase.
So what makes it better?
If the game had interactive roads that collapsed with sinkholes or randomized dips, it would have been a better game.
