  • This is a guided mindfulness meditation on personal growth. Through this meditation, we can empower ourselves by observing and acknowledging our individual journey, have positive self-reflection, and cultivate self-love and self care.     This guided meditation session is 18 minutes long: 15 minutes of the session are guided, while the remaining 3 minutes are ambient music to help calmly end the session and return to your day… or go to sleep. Note that you may want to turn the “auto-play” function off on your TH-cam player.

    Your mediations help me so much, theyre a part of my daily routine. Would love a mediation on trusting self and others sometime in the future, I feel lack of trust can get in the way of living in the present and is a huge barrier for personal growth.

    An ending like, Have a nice day, or until we meet again would have been nice. Instead, there was total silence and then a boisterous ad that jolted me out of my meditation.
