Going to buy some cabbage tomorrow to make that traditional Ukrainian dish Holubtsi, which is a stuffed cabbage from this video, I miss it! We usually serve it with some sour cream as well (or Greek/plain yoghurt), so yummy!

@@Wrathchildss Look for recipes of "sarma" or "dolma". And as someone who has been eating this their entire life, trust me, they're better the smaller they are.

40,000 pounds is approximately 18 tons. That's averaging a weight of 10 cars a month in meat... That's 120 cars worth of meat a year......!.... Sorry... That can't be correct. Even 4000 pounds a month would be stretching it.

@@qlimaxseeunextyear russians call it "golubci". But its not an Eastern european dish. Its an ancient dish of all turk nations (Azerbaijan, Turkish, Kyrgyz, uzbek, turkmen, kazah). And it came to Russia, Ukraine, Poland just about two to three centuries ago. Turks has different types of "dolma". With grape lives, eggplants and str. The one with cabbage called "kelem dolmasi"
