    I love all of your peperomias, I have the ruby cascade, and it's trailing all over the place and growing like super fast and crazy. I love it. I have the peperomia prostrata and it's just the cutest stinking plant with it's cute little leaves that look like turtle shells. My daughter gave me a little pot with a couple starts of the peperomia hope that I just love. I have about four others, and I have several on my wish list. Lol! your sense of humor just makes me giggle, I just love you and your channel. I'm also loving all of the cool pots you have your peperomias potted in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful collection, it makes me want to go out hunting for more of these beautiful plants. Have a beautiful week and weekend, and I will see you in your next video, bye for now.

      Unfortunately, Peperomia flowers are insignificant. Those little rat tail looking flowers on the Isabella (and all other Peperomias) are the flowers.

    • @StefHall
      @StefHall  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      They will probably just get a little longer, but they don't open or anything like that. The flowers are the way you can tell a plant is a peperomia.

    I think the 1st is a silver ripple and the 2nd "mystery" is peperomia scandens. Also, in the pot that has a mix of plants, the one with the light stems might be Pilea peperomioides.

    Wow that's such a great collection!!
    I hadn't seen some of them and now I want those too!!
    I love peperomia species, I don't always have the best luck with them though, unless I keep them outdoors.
    1:50: it must be some kind of ripple peperomia, not a rana verde for sure, because I have one and it's totally different. Also rana verde means green frog in italian, and that's more silvery.
    Have an awesome day!!! 😊

    a healthy mature obtusifolia is a really handsome plant, they will branch from the nodes and really fill in. smaller peperomias can be difficult in a pot, the one little guy might be happier in something enclosed with more humidity. smaller plants need more consistent conditions, they can be fussy. I don't have problems with giving them lots of water, i have heard when they get the hatch marks like little scars on the leaf its from over watering, but i can't verify that, it just seems something more likely to happen with older leaves.

    I have a peperomia obtusifolia (I think??) that was gifted to me in a mixed basket with other plants. I've since separated them mostly, it's in a pot with a healthy Arrowhead plant of some type. ANYWAY. sometimes my peperomia randomly sort of tips over? It's only one stem and looks otherwise healthy and happy. Does it need support? Is it too heavy and I should cut it back and try to propogate the cuttings? Thanks!

    • @StefHall
      @StefHall  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Erin! I sometimes have that happen on various peperomias as well. Some I chose to stake. Others I just cut off to promote fuller growth. I think its all up to you and how you want your plant to look.
