Though I was tempted during the VIB sale, I was waiting for your updated review of these lipsticks before taking the plunge (I have had bad luck with “clean” lipsticks). The fact you purchased 4 more shades after receiving two PR shades is proof enough for me. I am glad I waited because the Merit promo is far better than 20%. Thanks again!

I have both Baby and Slip. I really like them both. I find them quite comfortable and reach for them often. All of the shades look great on you. Being that I love lipsticks, this was a great way to start the day! Yay! You’re at 6,000!👍👏👏👏👍💕

Surprising formula! Looks great. I think I like LBR for the amazing packaging and campaign vibes 😂. It is a good formula but this does look better. Happy happy 6K!!!!!
I finally succumbed to the hype and purchased my first Merit Lipstick - Cabo. I love the colour and the look but I find it very drying on my lips. I don’t usually have this problem. It has never been mentioned in any reviews of the product.
They aren't drying on me; however, I have heard that some people have had issues with the castor seed oil used in these. Do you know if you have a sensitivity to that?
i really want to get the set, but my hesitation is that the Baby i got from Sephora isn’t hydrating enough for me on its own 😔. i either have to use balm underneath or gloss/balm on top. maybe i just have drier lips 😬 Baby also looks exactly like my lip shade 🤣. I guess some of the darker colors would be a more interesting look on me. (Was saving 1990 for the Fall.)

p.s. i have one LBR lippie and one thing that pleasantly surprised me was its staying power. after the initial layer is eaten/sipped away, there’s still a lovely flush of color 😍
