Really appreciate your help, however if you would have shown Groups need tobe added that would have been helpful... Like for major incident we have a plugins and for resolver group in which grp they should be??
Check the major incident plug in and user must have Major incident manager role.

I have a question. So MI ticket can only be resolved by MI Manager only?? It cannot be resolved by Resolver Group??
It can be resolved by Resolver group , MI manager only Handel the process in tool.

Outage Handel by MI manager or mainly check your RACI model.

Yes buddy it is configuration only. You can make changes in specific fields / Banner as well.
But as per my experience to date, I only change Banner not change anything on the field level.

Contextual search is OOTB. Let me give you a simple way to find out.
Open any incident, go to Form Design. And you will find the Contextual search attribute added.
@@LearnNGrowTogetherwithAtulG Hi Atul, in the platform I know that. But how to get that in record producer? I think in the video it is record producer right? Which is creating Incident. When you were typing, below it was showing some Articles. Right now in the form you submitted in service portal (in the video) is it global search or contextual search? If you can please post a video on that.

The easy way when we create Record Producer , we can add contextual search as well.
Diploma engineering allowed for incident management position
It's not about the degree , it is also important your knowledge about the process. So that you can clear the interview.
