Hi Mate, No, OOTB there is no way? and I don't think it is a good use case, risk assess changed already and based on that you can see the risk and add it to the RAID log.

I have a brand new OOTB instance (Build date: 07-27-2024_1019 Build tag: glide-xanadu-07-02-2024__patch0-07-16-2024) and it's not showing on the UI16 on the INC form. 2) The VIP flag does not show up on the my workspace either.

Hi Mate, Are you trying in SOW or native form view? Please change application to: Omni-Experience Standard Feature Set and go to 'Settings' under 'Conversational Interfaces' in left navigator. Kindly make changes accordingly.

Does anyone know of any study material that can be printed for the CIS-ITSM exam? I prefer documentation I can highlight and take written notes.
Unfortunately, the ebooks are non-printable. I heard earlier we could order the hard copy with some amount, but now it has been stopped. You can log a now learning case and get it clarified.

Hi @Atul how is that without logging into SN system our username and password are checked and we are allowed to login in to the SN system. what happens actually when we press submit on the login page after we put our creds there??
Hi Mate, Opening PDI from the developer site brings a username and password and log in automatically. I'm not sure what logic is written for the same.

Hello thank you for posting the helpful videos. I was looking at taking ServiceNow courses and get a few certifications. I do not currently work in an organization that has ServiceNow. I wanted to ask for preparing for more advanced certificaitons, is there a way to get access to a ServiceNow training login account to be able to navigation the application? Thank you.
Hi Mate, There is no way to get free access of Now Learning but yes you can apply for Rise Up or Next Gen program, where you will training and Now Learning access as well.

Hello Atul Sir,In the video, it was explained that an asset is only created when the CI category is hardware. This implies that if the category is software, an asset will not be created. The reason for this distinction is not provided in your message,can you please provide reason for it.
