can’t explain how incredible it is that miami of all teams were the ones smart enough to embrace mcdaniel and all his uniqueness. as a dolphin fan i was not expecting them to be able to get past his quirks but im so glad they are giving him the chance cuz he deserves it and i firmly believe he can be a successful head coach.
Well done Florio, managed to get through the whole interview with no mention of dysfunctional teams doing dysfunctional things, I’m proud of you.

I think those that writer this guy off because he is quirky or different, do so at your own risk. He got there because he is extremely good at what he does.
