I appreciate the simple, grounded videography. Too many of the synthesizer channels accompany their music with surreal, psychedelic abstractions these days.
What? I JUST uploaded it; haven’t even had time to get upstairs to watch it myself 😂 Thanks Shy! The heartbeat and blippy sequences are definitely needed to move the piece along. Otherwise it’s real draggy!
You've done it again! You completely captured this piece's essence instrumentally. I'm 59, but when I grow up I want to be like you! Have you listened to Larry Fast yet (Synergy)? I believe he would embrace what you are doing as a "Next Generation" of what he pioneered in the 70s. I don't mean to call your work derivative (not at all), but to compare you the evolution (transfiguration) of someone who I saw as a genius and ahead of his time. I pray that you will continue to be inspired to create in this manner. Thank you so much for giving this piece, "Komm, süßer Tod", a new life!
@@johnhawranick8097 Thank you, John for your awesome comments and encouragement! I am listening to the 1975 album Synergy right now and am completely blown away by the exquisite compositions and tones! I just added that and all his pre-1982 albums to my iMusic library. I will be listening to NOTHING ELSE for the next several days!!! I will then explore his later works… Thanks for introducing me to Larry!
MAJESTIC. I also own a REV 2, it is an amazing analog poly.
Thanks, Steve, glad you liked it!
Yeah, the REV2 is Dave Smith’s masterpiece in my opinion.
Enjoy these videos
Looking forward to the next one
Thanks Phuzzy!
Thanks for this, E-C O, I really liked it - and all from one synth, too! Sensitively and sympathetically arranged, produced and executed. Great.
Thank you Karl! One of Bach’s most sublime compositions for sure!
One of my (many) favorite Bach pieces, really love the spacious and ethereal feel of your rendition, good job!
Thank you, 20edo! One of my favorites too, ever since I heard the Virgil Fox Wanamaker organ version. Such a deep/haunting/brilliant composition!

Thank you, Nick, glad you liked it!!
This is great work 😺👍 This SC Rev 2 synth sounds fantastic, really a nice show case of its capability on this piece I hope all is well Take care!
Thank you, Soundscape, I’m glad you enjoyed it! If I could only keep one synth, it would definitely be the REV2!!😊
I really enjoyed that 🥰
Thank you, Ziesel, I am so glad you did! 😊
This is such a cool arrangement!!!
