    That apartment looks so cool. That price is unheard of in America unless you live in certain areas... Love the marbling flooring and walls. That dolphin door was so cute and I liked the shade of blue on the walls. I would like to know more about cashpower. Thanks for showing.

    Great presentation by you, however, the blue walls and red and white ceiling.....no good. Can they, owner/seller, just present a neutral color pallette? Will there be hand rails on the staircase, looks unsafe. Just pass the word on of Refinement when building. Keep it simple, classy and properly engineered.

    Thanks for sharing this. I’ve waited a long time for someone to show cheaper apartments in the Gambia. I’m wondering whether for that same amount of money if you can get a 2 bedroom further out?
    Could someone do a video on the internet reception further away from Senegambia?!

    • @Charcmode
      @Charcmode 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@rickidenise Thanks for your reply Ricki! I look forward to seeing those videos. The main issue that is stopping me from coming to Gambia is I’ve heard that the internet is really unstable. I was wondering if you could shed some light on how stable/unstable it is. I’m looking to stay somewhere around the Brikama area if all goes well. I’ve heard that internet can be dodgy in some areas, particularly as you go further away from Senegambia area.

Seems water would be everywhere, but I bet you could get a raised partition put in for less than $50 USD 😂 I went to a 5 Star Hotel in Dubai, and next to the pool, the toilets were shower stalls with a hole in the floor and a garden hose ran in the middle, for community use. But it would be normal if we grew up in that culture.

    Not trying to be negative, the idea is great, price is right, but I noticed a few problems: entrance walkway, the roof spacing will present a lot of water seeping down. Rainy season will be horrible. Also, where r the sinks, none in kitchen nor bathroom, no designated shower area, no storage. plus parking was never mentioned. who pays for garbage removal, grounds maintenance.

      Can people please pay attention she said 2,000 American dollars a year. Most average people that's working and have a little bit of savings should be able to cough up $2,000 for a year rental. If you pay $2,000 you have a whole year before you are expected to pay $2,000 again. Now if you have income coming in monthly already you would be saving up about $2,000 in about 4 months so you'll have enough money to pay for the next year so you'll be ahead of the game. You shouldn't be expected to go over there to find a job. you should have your money already intact. For example if you go with $6,000 in your pocket and you have a money income coming in from TH-cam, eBay, Spotify, or even Instagram of only $200 a month you'll would have the $2,000 ready before the next year start. This opportunity that she have put forward is a once in a lifetime anyone that already have a small income coming in money. Oh yeah and if you already have your passport plus enough for a plane ticket and even just $5,000 you definitely can't lose.... Thanks for showing us the video little lady... Hey I’m sorry but are these apartments built for Midgets, skinny people and single people only? I see why it’s only 166.00 per month.

    How many Gambian can afford $2000?
    Some people don't earn even $1000 a year talk less of $2000... Still expensive for gambians

      If Gambians can stop drinking attaya all day, stop fighting one another and go work then they can afford it

      You'd be surprised! There are many Gambians that can. Also, The prices for apartments here are wayy more expensive than this, I was quite surprised to here the price for this one in an area like this! So i think this is definitely a steal. However, I will definitely be doing more affordable apartment tours maybe even cheaper than this one. Thank you for watching :)

      For real, you can literally climb from one block to the other, the owner thought more about his pocket than the practicalities of living in the place. Also the natural lighting inside is lacking, perhaps because of that otter apartment block.
      Why the walls are blue is also ridiculous, it just makes it look dingy.
      So when everyone has moved in that would be very congested and noisy.
      I think it’s over priced even at $160. It’s more like $80.
