Hi Ricki , thank you for your video very interesting on your trip to the beach perhaps with all your viewers you could promote keeping those beaches clean as all your viewers notest as well as I ,the amount of garbage and litter just left sprawling across the beaches. it is now common place for TripAdvisor which many many tourists use to select locations for their vacations commenting on how dirty the beaches are in Gambia , this puts tourist off coming obviously any promotion or awareness in keeping those beaches clean would help thank you

Hello i just checked out the 360 naturals website and all of their product contains coconut oil. You said you are low porosity do you like all their product ? Since coconut as protein Also you said that you were using their product for your skin. How come ?

Our hair is made up of 90% of protein,then you say protein isn't that good for low porosity hair because you have low porosity hair... Kind of misleading Protein comes in different sizes,not all proteins are created equal,find the one that works for you not saying protein isn't that good
