I am so appreciative of this conversation. My life experience with medicine and surgeries has been very similar to his story. Once I realized (44 years later) how I had been used and abused by the medical establishment, I changed my life with nutrition and meditation.

Long life expectancy in Hong Kong is partly due to a traditional diet of fish, fresh vegetables, and seasonal foods, including specific soups that change with the weather, emphasizing a refined culture of wellness through food.
In Hong Kong, people eat seasonally, which Cheng believes helps maintain internal and external balance. A shift from this seasonal lifestyle toward convenience foods could lead to metabolic issues and detachment from natural health influences.
Tea, central to Hong Kong’s culture, is a major source of hydration and antioxidants. Cheng’s wellness brand, Peak Life, incorporates tea crystals with high extraction for therapeutic benefits, allowing people to experience health benefits sustainably.
Cheng combines physical, mental, and spiritual wellness, using adaptogens, functional mushrooms, and mindful practices like meditation. His approach to health promotes reconnecting with nature, maintaining traditional practices, and seeking balance in modern life.

Anything in a bag of box or with a barcode is not food !! So sad I go out to dinner with my cousins and I always pick a different nationality restaurant and every time my cousin is like I've never had This type of food before , what do you eat hamburgers 🍔🍔🤔🤔 just finished my morning matcha green tea with creatine 😊 prepare all my own foods unless I'm traveling , 9 countries this year , 65 years old and I only travel with a backpack 🎒🎒 call it my rucking!! I so agree with everything you're saying. Great conversation thank you guys , have a beautiful day 🌎❤️

Indeed folk would avoid many health issues if they replaced every snack with an unsweetened cup of tea. 🍵
