So this video was not meant to be titled this - since I usually don't film any of my boyfriend but then I start importing the footage from my camera to edit it today and I find videos of him talking to camera on there. He's a natural! The footage made me laugh so I had to use it.

I had kind of gotten the feeling that he was uncomfortable being filmed but he cracked me up with his his running commentary on what you were doing! Fun! I will say that I actually add cauliflower to my mashed potatoes. You can't really taste a difference (most people think they're creamy than regular potatoes), but it cuts way down on the carbs (just in case you make them for Joel). I love the Joel and Lia episodes, but I'm also really enjoying the individual channels. They feel a little more personal. Looking forward to more from both of you!
Your boyfriend is 🔥, but the most important quality is how well he treats you which can be no less than a Queen and don't accept anything less. He is really blessed to have found you, Lia. Our summer won't start for another 2 mos & is over by the end of August. We essentially only get 3 months of sunny warm weather out of the whole year 😕

I will be nice and just say that the scenery of the Cotswolds is gorgeous!
I swear by indoor bouldering (rock climbing at lower heights without the rope and harness) for a great workout. It builds strength without bulk and it's really fun, especially with friends. Climbers tend to have nice *cough* physiques. It's a healthy fit. It honestly did wonders for my own weight loss. I lost 60 pounds in 2 years working out at the gym, etc. Hit a wall and lost almost no weight for two years on my normal routine. Started climbing 3 days a week and lost another 40 pounds in the next 16 months. Lightest since 8th grade, best overall health of my life, mostly ate whatever I wanted
