Depends on how you define TV? I mainly watch TH-cam and torrented shows/movies on the laptop. You also don't need to tip cleaners in Australia, though I'm sure they appreciated it!

Those townhouses are called terrace houses. All the trendy people live in these and they aint cheap either. Living in or around the city will be expensive. Future out you go sway from the city CBD the cheaper it will be.
