Kitchen is very small and I didn't see where the fridge was located, also tour wasn't very thorough and kind of fast. lovely home, not surprised it went fast.

It's a private courtyard, the house wraps around it.
I think if it was 200k I will buy it . But whats buthering me its the comun courtyard. But the house is very nicely done.
