Hello Lauren, thank you as always for these beautiful channelings and for connecting with the ascended masters to share their blessings and healing! Lately, I have been working with the resurrection flame to help me heal from what I now recognize as my core wounds. While I focus a lot of my contemplative practice and energy towards cultivating unconditional love for others, I have difficulty affording myself this same sense of unconditional love as a part of me believes that I am not lovable or deserving of this love. I also have difficulty forgiving myself of my own shortcomings. I realize this is rooted from a place of neglect and abuse during childhood, and I am hoping to further surrender these deep wounds and limiting beliefs in my healing practice so that I may better channel these energies.
