Serious question - I found you months ago and I love your mediations. I've always had a hard time meditating but with yours it comes easily! Now I have a new issue - I end up falling asleep before it's over, no matter how awake I was before! You think I'm still getting the benefits or should I redo them?
I fall asleep, to some of hers, too. Your Subconscious mind's, Always listening and taking it in. I believe, this is how it works, as with hypnosis. I use ear buds and I place a folded, lil white towel, over my eyes. I get completely comfortable and sometimes, too comfy. It feels so wonderful. I then, fall asleep. I get the same benefits, as when listening, awake. I hope I'm correct. I use hypnosis for Healing, weekly, and my friends do Reiki, distant. They tell me this is true. Hopefully that helps you 🙏 💖
