My guess is he was using the Switch's standard capture function? It records the last 30 seconds, but if you attempt several captures in a row they are not seamless.
1: you're right, the secrets and treasure (unreachable by accident) are in all bowser tower levels. i just didnt wanna get them and wanted to show of the level 2: like @Stratelier said, i used the switchs built in capture function to record this so i didnt have to pay for anything i respect the criticism tho!
I love levels that involve retreading the same area only everything is somehow different the second time through.
