I love how the Bowser.png being a cheeseslime is a reference to how all but the final Bowser fight in the original Mario was just enemies disguised as him.

with UndertaleModTool (this is basically if you used Hammer to make a Portal 2 level)
and with Create Your Own Pizza (this is if you used Portal 2's built-in mapmaking tool)

@@joshuabautch8936most cyop mods or levels run inside the pizza tower game, but not inside of the lobby, kinda like a launcher
As a mario fan myself, this is perfect. A level based off of Mario, in Pizza Tower, a game inspired by Wario Land which basically scraps all the regular mechanics of Mario, this still perfect capture what Mario is, it capture that retro-like style without actually being retro, and I like that.

Also I think you should decrease the escape time, since you finished with 2 minutes left to spare, and normally you should end with 30 to 45 seconds, give or take.
I noticed that the timer is just the default Crumbling Tower of Pizza timer.
I imagine the timer would be changed later on to better suit the level's length?

I'm surprised by how well you translated Mario Bros level designs to Pizza Tower's controls. I saw a different level that also ported World 1 of SMB to Pizza Tower before and it didn't play well at all.
... is it bad that I'm now wondering if Pizza Face DOES give chase in this level if he's going to be half and half for toppings as a reference to the Phanto masks?
really good level! i'd recommend adding a tiny bit more indication on the secrets, and making the non-secret music a bit louder to match the secret music, or toning down the secret track.
i feel like the third secret would be the only one to need indication, the 1-1 pipe and the warp zone are obvious places to look already
Achievements:
Speed Runner- Finish So Retro under 3 Mins
King Bowser spared- Never kill Bowser in the Escape.
Plumber as Hero- Get a combo of 70 while going in all Pipes.
I actally already have the achievements done for this level (along side golf 2019), you guessed one of them right

This is an incredibly coolk level! Love how accurate it is to the source material. Maybe the Toppins could be various Power-Ups found in the Mario games?
At least there’s one person in the world that made a Mario-like level in pizza tower instead of putting original 1-1 to 1-4 in there and have Peppino be 2x larger for no apparent reason.
This was so early in the Pizza Tower level mod scene that it didn't even use Create Your Own Pizza.

It has to do with the room's creation code, you can check pig city to get an idea of how its done

If Peppino got into a Smash Bros fan game, the color palette he was wearing in this mod would be a perfect alternate color palette for him!

Super Mario Bros is as about as well made as computers would allow in 1985. 35 years of technological advancement (and research into "what humans find fun in gaming") really allow us to do a lot more now!

Using UTMT to make levels is a lot harder but it also has none of CYOP’s bugs (such as every track layering when killing the DMAS animatronics or It’s Pizza Time playing in the secrets)

I think the Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix song works better than the original SMB OST, mostly because the "Come in Mr. DJ" sample from this song was also used in Tropical Crust.
