- Today we wanted to head to Gurgaon, India's Cyber city. 🇮🇳
And of course, if you want to head there, you need to jump on the famous Delhi Metro. One of the most modern and convenient Metros in all of India.
It was our first time driving the Metro here in New Delhi, and it was a wonderful experience.
The Metro ride was only 50 Rupees for an 30-Minute ride, and everything was very well organized with signs in English guiding you all the way.
All in all, the Metro is definitely the best way to get around in Delhi, and convenient to use not only for the locals but also for the tourist!
India is definitely becoming more and more developed and the standards are way higher than, they are often portrayed in the western Media. We are hyped for the upcoming years of this massive Country! 🇮🇳

If you really wanna to enjoy mountains , visit central part of India. They are comparetively old mountains, they are made up of proper rocks . You can visit safely there.

I am from Delhi NCR and believe me whenever I travel to other Indian cities, Its the metro that I miss the most when travelling. Delhi metro has really revolutionised the travelling in Delhi NCR

There is no separate entry for Men and Women. The first coach in the direction of every metro is Reserved especially only for Women. The "Women Only" sign notifies the position of that coach at the station. All the other coaches can be used by both Men and Women. It's just an additional feature so that women can travel safely. There are also reserved seats for pregnant women, the elderly and specially-abled people and wheelchair spaces in each coach too.

You guys also had the option of taking rapid metro to Cyber city hub, this rapid metro is interconnected within the Sikanderpur metro station. The ticket you bought at Rajiv Metro station is valid for rapid metro too.

I saw camera is flickering while in Indoor lightings. Quick suggestion for you guys, I think you put your camera's andi-banding to 60Hz. we have to put it on depending on the power grid. In India it's 50Hz. North and South America's frequency is 60Hz. Europe and Asia has 50Hz.

German metro rapid transit opened in 1902 and India's first one in Kolkatta was opened in 1984, while the Delhi Metro in 1998. Istanbul, Turkey metro was opened in 1989, which is another middle-income country but infrastructural development in almost the whole Turkey has European standards. India has still a long road to go in terms of infrastructural development and cleanliness in public spaces. Better late than never.

@@zingwibrothers Gurgaon now renamed as Gurugram is a part of National capital Region(NCR) with Offices & HQs of fortune 500, MNCs & startups.
@@zingwibrothers It's a developing city for sure but a lot of it had already been modernized. A key part of its identity is the offices as mentioned and also expats for the Multi nationals reside nearby making a lot of global stuff available in the region. For example, Japanese due to Toyota, Daikin, Mitsubishi etc. Germans also reside in Gurgaon due to BMW, Audi, Schlumberger, and Ergo too I think. There are many peeps from all around, Korea, Japan, US, EU. Cyber city and the Golf Course Road is the place for that.
Golf course road can be explored through the Rapid Metro. If you'd like to give it a try, one of the most famous eating joints in Gurgaon would be Civil Lines wala Chhole Bhature, if you can tolerate some spice. Otherwise, you could try that dish in any Haldirams outlet which is like a desi McDonald's 😂😅

You could have traveled all the way till cyberhub using metro,from Sikandarpur to Cybercity there is another connecting line of Gurugram rapid metro which drop you just outside cyberhub.
I think you used half ur ticket 😂, ur ticket should also include another metro line which directly leads to cybercity. Highly recommended to use gurgaon's rapid metro, it gives pretty good overview of gurgaon.

@@aniltiwari2000 I went to Gurugram 10 years ago then Kingdom of Dreams was open. Sad to learn it is closed now. Even then Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary and Damdama Lake was worth visiting destinations, currently if it not good then disappointed to learn.

You do not need to exit at Sikandrabad Metro Station while going to Cyber Hub. You can continue to Gurugram Rapid Metro form inside Sikandrabad Metro Station.
Delhi metro is not "very" modernised in infrastructure ...but one of the most convinent, efficient & economic in use for sure !!!
It‘s really convenient and just overall easy to use, just like a metro is supposed to be!

Delhi Metro has 8 coaches/Wagon. It's written on glass behind you too. The first coach is reserved for the ladies. Women, physically challenged and senior citizens all have reserved seats in rest of other coaches. Women can go in any coach they choose.
Please try parleji rust biscuit in tea. So yummy. Also try sorma, kadhi chawal, Golgappa, Momos, Hyderabadi Biryani , Kachauri and poha with jalebi (specially try when you visit rajasthan) , Try Punjabi food like paratha with butter and Aaloo paratha and makka roti and lassi is specially famous for punjab.
Sweets:- Gulab jamun, Rasgullah, Kaju katli etc
India is very big or huge country. If you change state in India then uniform, food, language are changed. So every state has its own famous sweets and street food. Just try to not take too much ice in any liquid things and also avoid from street drinking water, prefer to be sealed bottle and after drinking crush the bottle. Drink lassi all the time when you travelling in hot days. That's all........

If youre interested in modern India you should definitely check out Hyderabad. It is one of the most developing cities in the world and its soon going to be the most modern city of India. Its also the only place to get Hyderabadi Dum Biryani.

I think enough people already told you that you could take the Gurgaon rapid metro to get to the Cyber City. Great video though. And in terms of food, I would recommend you to try out 32nd milestone in Gurgaon for some urban cafes, another location in Delhi in Saket, and there you could try out the microbrewery there.
