I'm sure we've all gathered here today to discuss Janitor's use of the term "britches-shrinker". For we all know that if one is, in fact, "too big for" one's own "britches", then "shrinking" the "britches" further is incorrect if not practically impossible... at least until the "britches" are off and have been washed in the next possible laundry load. JD has been found "too big" for his "britches", so it's obvious, in whatever method available to one, JD is the object in need of the case-in-point "shrinking".

But I wish you'd included the payoff at the end where J.D. decides to be the bigger person and puts back up the "Co-" tile as a gesture to show that he really cares more about her than his status.

This was the only episode I fucking hated. JD is actually being socially, professionally, and personally damaged this episode and he has to make the concession because of Eliots feewings. He is getting paid less for the same job, his chief of medicine told him he is lesser, everyone treats him with no respect (compromising his authority) and he is personally treated like crap. I hated this episode cuz it is clearly bullshit

There are no words to describe how maddening Eliot's completely out of line behavior is to me. She completely undermines JD in front of his residents, actually allows Kelso to pay her more for fucking nothing, and contributes to JD being harassed in the workplace all because her feewings are huwt. Instead of acting like a professional she proceeds to act like a child a degrade her friend who is clearly very upset about this
