Thank you for another fantastic video. I lived at 939 Palm, where that gay murder happened in the kitchen. It was right across from my apartment. Then just a few doors down from me about a year later a guy was stabbed and running down the hallway for help, got shot by a police officer (he called) who thought he was the killer and not the victim! The victim had worked for Tosh.0. Thankfully, I had left the building before either of those events took place. But my old roommate James was still there for both. And very freaked out. Thank you for sharing. And I look forward to the next video!
holy moses. i have a story about working for Daniel Tosh and i also lived in weho near this building. my former roommate was also named james so um, are we the same person lol jk 939 palm has GOT to be some old haunted mafia spot like wtf. my place was on westbourne near melrose and that place was for sure high energy, i had a visitation there one morning around 3 am. super spooky. the building i think was an old boutique hotel where directors and actresses would stay.
I wonder if new tenants are informed of the murders by the apartment manager. Isn’t there a law requiring landlords to disclose what happened? There’s no way you can completely clean a horrendous murder scene other than stripping every piece of floor board .

@@DearlyDepartedTours Scott, I used to live in Las Vegas, 1998-2015. I had the pleasure of being on your tour, just once in the early 2000's, not sure of the date. It was in summer and hot and windy but I enjoyed the tour in the bus. I had planned to visit again in a couple of years, but didn't make it. Best wishes!!
