Wow!! I have been doing this from past 2 years and without knowing this is a technique. I started writing journal in 2019 , I try to write new things related to psychology , philosophy , music , history and life. I often read random articles on these topics . I try to express these things when I am communicating with people around me. Maybe thats why I am confident in interviews and general speaking. I have been using this technique without knowing it. Also , when I am alone I try to give speech or discussion àbout specific topics with myself😅 Trust me , this is the best thing you can do to improve your communication skills.

Step 2:Open 1 article of your interest and read it.
Step 3:Write the conclusion(present in last of article) and summary in 30-50 words.
Step 4:Read/record your summary or talk/convery it to someone.

Ha but bhut nakhre hain Quora ke .... Baat baat pe it takes your question down... For things as minor as grammatical mistakes.... What makes it even worse is that the grammatical mistakes are most of the times not even real mistakes!!! (Several questions that i tried to post on it were taken down on grounds of grammer but when i got them checked by an online grammer tool it couldn't spot any mistake so yeah Quora is useful only if u r lucky)
Also, manyatimes it tries to play smart and straightaway autofills details even when u didnt ask it to. For instance once i wanted to ask smthng related to a picture so I first wrote my question and thought i will put the picture after posting it however after posting it I realised Quora bot had automatically put up a picture in my question, a pic that had been asked about frequently by many user... Could have been a useful move but it didn't do any good to me 😑

All these things are important but the most important is observation skill. The article is also an observation but only diff is that something has been "observed" by "someone" for you to read and learn something out of it. We can do this on day to day basis by simply observing people , activities , politics , environment , families etc ( m not saying that we can observe everything factually) . For observation you need greater Awareness , you need to work on this awareness by self inquiry n meditation. Once you do that rest follow up.You won't be short of ideas to speak on , next thing you need is a good command over any language .
TH-cam was made for these type of youtubers to help grow community and not for chubham cham and chamit chadana
