I watched it live and can’t believe what just happened there.
Last secret service testimony was how it supposed to be - digging, hardheaded and heated because even the easiest question have not been answered at all and it was always referred to the FBI.. Today the FBI is there but suddenly it seems like no one is interested to solve the still missing details anymore. Softball after softball - The questioners wasted most of the time with bad and dismissing questions, being satisfied by receiving empty words and long monologues about stuff no one cares about.

Agree. Why are they not recommending an FBI investigation of the SS security plan to identify what the gaps were, and if they were intentional. Focusing on the shooter only, is not a comprehensive approach that will solve the problem. It’s kind of beside the point. There are crazies everywhere. HOW DID HE GET SO CLOSE??? That is the real problem and the concern of every American. I’m annoyed by the sole focus on the 20 year old kid.

I see and a lot of people asking the same question. The primary purpose of the FBI is to find the facts, it will take them more time to find more facts. On the other hand one of the primary purposes of congress is to represent their party, to either fire up their base or insult their opponents. A lot of people interested in this subject may be watching a congressional hearing for the first time, but the way the questions don't address the topic is a common fact across this type of hearing.

The reason why you’re getting so many unanswered questions is because some answers should not be made public. To lessen the FBI’s funding would be crazy. A lot of these cases taken to Congress have become political because they’re on the air and of course, each side is gonna take jabs because they know, they’re in front of the camera. Depending on what side on you gonna take it and twisted in your own mind to benefit your side bottom line true investigations are not done in public and that’s why their answers look like a waste of time. If you make some things public gives certain people the ability to taint or harass the very people involved and the ability to cause them to aid to your conspiracy theory. To me, they made it political as soon as they start calling Trump President Trump instead of former President Trump. Now they’re all making jabs for their particular side. In regards of the ladder overhead photographs of the building clearly shows two ladders one ladder small, probably 5 foot tall not tall enough to get onto the rooftop the other ladder clearly orange aluminum steps tall enough to get to the top. Looks to be a 12 foot ladder but now FBI is saying the 5 foot ladder was not There the pictures tell a different story

It's crazy to think someone who is in that high position is such a big part of the swamp. It's definitely more evident after this hearing.
Why would his parents be so worried about their kid that they called the police after not seeing him for a few hours? That makes me think that he had mental issues or something was off, if that’s the case, why on earth didn’t they locked up his gun?
The central element of the investigation are the recordings of all radio communications. They establish the exact time lines. Who has these recordings? Are they secured? Why is there no talk about this? (Or did I miss something?)
