I want to thank President Trump for coming on this episode of Break 50! It was an honor to play a round with the former president and raise a ton of money for the Wounded Warrior Project. This was all meant to be about golf, good fun, and supporting a great cause. I met President Trump in NYC at a viewing party during the first season of The Apprentice. I had a friend who worked in production. I'm 60 years old, have never played golf and don't care to watch it on TV. I decided to watch a few minutes and ended up watching the entire video, and my wife even joined in We thoroughly enjoyed it. Great game, conversation, mutual respect and thank you for the genuine way you interacted with President Trump.

Happens around the world on golf courses every day. Golf is a great game. You can go out to the course by yourself anytime and get paired with a random and probably make a friend or even a business contact.

They were playing a scramble not best ball. Best ball is where each player plays his/her own ball and you take the score of whichever player scored better for that hole. Scramble, you both play the better shot.

Am I the only one who is absolutely blown away by the presidents golf game? 2 solo birdies and a solo eagle while playing best ball with one of the best active professional golfers in the world is incredible. 79 years old hitting every drive 200-220 yards with an identical fade. Throwing darts at the flag with his irons from the tee box and fairway. Wow!
Two takeaways from watching this. 1 President Trump can play and 2 Bryson has a great personality. I really enjoyed watching and listening to them both.
Something I really like about Trump here was the fact he knew all these guy’s names out on the course. He asked them what they thought. He asked Bryson what he thought, he asked Bryson for tips on technique. He wasn’t like a know it all. And for someone his age, them na plays pretty good!

I play in many scramble tourneys with guys my age (over 60), so we are able to tee it up at the yellows. We have 4 of us, and have never posted 50 (we're usually -10 to -14 under). I know Bryson is a pro, but it's just two of them, so no room for error. This was incredible.

I enjoyed this so much!!! I visited Aberdeen last week and called in at Trump International for a look to see how the other half live. I pulled up on the driveway to take a photo and a guy pulled up in a car, asked if he could help and told me we were all welcome to go in the clubhouse with my family and use the facilities. If I hadn't got jeans on, I'd have gone in. I just took a few photos and a little video. Totally awesome! I'd have just been happy to play the driving range and chipping/putting area. 😊

Thank you so much for sharing this experience with us. I’ve never watched a round of golf in my life and I have to say, that was pretty cool from start to finish. Guess we now know beyond any doubt, that President Trump wasn’t embellishing the strength of his golf game. It was nice to see him relaxed and enjoying himself just chilling per sey , by doing something to take his mind off of considering the targeted drama over him being in politics, that he gets dragged into. He’s not pretentious at all with others around him, that are not attacking him personally, which he certainly could be, and that says more about his character than anything else. He’s actually pretty humble and respectful of others in common everyday type exchanges. I decided to watch a few minutes and ended up watching the entire video, and my wife even joined in We thoroughly enjoyed it. I play in many scramble tourneys with guys my age (over 60), so we are able to tee it up at the yellows. We have 4 of us, and have never posted 50 (we're usually -10 to -14 under). I know Bryson is a pro, but it's just two of them, so no room for error. This was incredible.

I visited Aberdeen last week and called in at Trump International for a look to see how the other half live. I pulled up on the driveway to take a photo and a guy pulled up in a car, asked if he could help and told me we were all welcome to go in the clubhouse with my family and use the facilities.
If I hadn't got jeans on, I'd have gone in. I just took a few photos and a little video. Totally awesome!
I'd have just been happy to play the driving range and chipping/putting area. 😊
Seeing Trump not in campaign/politics mode is refreshing. Plus he has an awesome swing for a man of his age and body type. Down to Earth and fun.

Thank you so much for sharing this experience with us. I’ve never watched a round of golf in my life and I have to say, that was pretty cool from start to finish. Guess we now know beyond any doubt, that President Trump wasn’t embellishing the strength of his golf game. It was nice to see him relaxed and enjoying himself just chilling per sey , by doing something to take his mind off of considering the targeted drama over him being in politics, that he gets dragged into. He’s not pretentious at all with others around him, that are not attacking him personally, which he certainly could be, and that says more about his character than anything else. He’s actually pretty humble and respectful of others in common everyday type exchanges. Seems to me he is a good man, that has had a lot of malicious slander thrown at him, and yet he is standing tall; knowing himself God knows him within, better than those that hate on him and those whom believe the lies about him.
