- I’m a sleepwalker. If you don’t know much about sleepwalking, you will after hearing my story. Sleepwalking happens in the deepest part of sleep but somehow the brain allows the person to move around. Scientists haven’t figured out how exactly this happens yet. I will tell you about the most dangerous, the silliest and the funniest story that happened to me because of sleepwalking.

My daughter used to be a sleep walker. She would wake up crying hysterically and come find me. Eventually I learned the best thing to do was to gently lead her back to bed. She would act like she hated me, shrugging away my comforting touch and telling me to leave her alone and go away. I would whisper comforting words anyway. She always fell asleep pretty quickly once I had her back in the bed. In the morning, she never remembered any of it. It was like it never happened. The whole thing was far more traumatic for me than for her.

I actually was a sleepwalker too when I was a little kid, and my mom says she had to take me back to bed without waking me up. Imagining that is so hilarious to me, I don't even really know why.

i was one too one time i sleepwalked me and my sister slept in the same room we had bunked beds i chubby at the time so the bed got light my sister was a light sleeper so she woke up to see where i was. I was about to step on the stairs but my sister saw me so she lightly put her hands on my shoulders then pushed me downwards. Then i woke up the next morning on the stairs wondering why i was there. then my sister told me everything that happened that night when we were eating breakfast thats my story

I happened to sleepwalking once, too. Me and my family have a two-storey house (don't mind my English) on the ground floor of my grandparents living on the top floor with my mum and brother. In our house we have very large stairs and it's very dangerous if you go after them without the light on. I didn't remember anything. When I walked down those stairs and went to the bathroom where my grandfather went in and asked me "what are you doing?" to which I answered "nothing" I went to my room and sleep again. That is my story of sleepwalking.

I was sleepwalking on a boat when i was little, and when we was suppose to leave the boat, my parents couldn't find me anywhere
Im a sleepwalker. One time i walked asleep, i walked down the stairs, and started building lego.
The other story i was on a big boat. And as it often is on big boats, the door closes it selves. Then i started walk asleep. I walked out of the room asleep, and then the door closed. I was stuck, and there was a hundred rooms there. Some minutes later mum waked up, and she let me in again.

I only sleep walked once but it was really bad because it was on an overnight school trip (residential). We were in tepees (circular tents) and I pushed my best friend off her sleeping bag and because we were on a hill she fell and lay down on the shoes and I started crawling around the tent!!! Then I pushed my pillow away and used my bag as my pillow!!!!! Then there was a group of girls (including me) who needed the toilet and there was a teacher with us. And I bought my trainers and slippers so I bought one trainer and one slipper. I was kind off awake then and everyone in my tent thought I was an idiot but my friends knew and it was really funny. 😂

I remember my mom telling me about the one time I sleep walked. When I was 8 or 9, I guess I went from my bunk bed to the living room three separate times in one night. Apparently I made enough noise to wake my mom each time so she had to get up and drag me back to my room THREE TIMES in ONE NIGHT. As you can imagine, she was rather grouchy when she told me about it. I have no idea how I was able to get off my bed in my sleep when I had trouble getting down the ladder while awake, nor do I know why I was drawn to the couch.
I also sometimes sleep walk like when I found myself in my friends bed and many other times

Literally yesterday morning at 4 AM a friend of mine sleepwalked right out her back door and into the woods, just walked, and when she woke up she was curled up in a ball and went into shock, thank god I was there at her house so when I woke up and noticed she left everything even her shoes I knew something was wrong. She ended up being found within 3 hours but terrifying experience
