I know I’ve said other vaults were my favorite, but this one is also my favorite too. Learn the Kong vault quickly by following this tutorial step by step. P.s. Don’t skip the footing (:
could do a video on a vault thats good when your going fast and from the side? I’ve been wanting to it for a while now the block is really thin and quite high.
Interesting. Safety and speed vaults were easier for me. The one in this vid was a bit harder because of the fear of hitting the obstacle with my feet and so losing controle, also keeping both shoulders perpendicular/in the same axe strangely was a bit hard (it's a bit easier for me to be disaxed)
Any tips on how to keep feet straight I keep going to the side
Finally... He's back

In my experience this vault turned out to be the easiest since a lot of volts are harder to understand but this one was easiest for me

Well done! I'm surprised this doesn't have more traction
🙏
I dont know why but my legs cant get through my hands
Try taking more running speed and more than making your hands flat when you execute try practise on ground
Me too, and also most of these people do too, its just you have to spring it up so you dont touch it
Hey I have a question when I do a kong my feet aren’t together in mid air how do I fix it? It looks like a frog leap
Probably because you don’t have your hips high enough. You need your hips high so there’s space for your legs to go between your arms
