Great to hear that you are enjoying the 24 hour Liquid Glass! In general, I wouldn't recommend it for that application just due to the intent behind what that product was created for. Ideally, we created that to help makers produce charcuterie boards, serving trays, and coasters faster. That being said, I would highly recommend using our regular Liquid Glass Deep Pour Epoxy for any penetrating applications. Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
No problem! That's a tough one.. So keep in mind that when you pour epoxy onto a very smooth surface it can be hard to achieve proper adhesion. That's why in general we recommend prepping your surface by sanding before pouring. If the surface, such as glass, is too smooth then you risk the epoxy delaminating from the surface after it's cured. That being said, I don't necessarily have a product I would recommend to apply directly to glass. If you are wanting to test something outside of our recommendations then I would go with either our Superclear Table Top Epoxy or our new Countertop Epoxy for any thin coatings.
