Dio not only sang higher(he could sing lower too..... coz more range) than Ozzy but also sang better than him in every sense of the word. Ozzy was a subpar vocalist technically speaking, not that he isn't iconic, he just can't hold a candle to a LOT of heavy metal singers. He made the list solely because he is famous and iconic. Also, Dio had a way more unique singing voice than Ozzy.
