American slang, urban AAVE hip hop cultural terms are not easy for a group of Japanese girls trying to learn Korean and English at the same time. The girls have improved with their diction but it is will never be as seamless as people hope for. As for your issue with the 'Cry 'bout a man, Please!' seeming to be too Western in attitude, uppity women... They have a M/V called Mascara which pretty much states that they will 'never let a boy ruin their mascara'. In other words, won't cry over a man.
