Driving Mr. Bill Marriott himself to Palm Springs airport was quite the experience for me. Granted, it was back in the mid 90's, but something I'll never forget. Mr. Marriott is as genuine as they come.
This is such a nice video my husband and i only travel Marriott properties, since 2008 its the only brand we feel fully confident the staff are always great and accommodate when necessary. I would for sure work here part time at a full service Marriott since i know the Brand so well and because of the loyalty of JW and how he cared.

I remember when Marriott used to provide food service to children's hospital in Washington DC. They used to have such amazing food and it's sad that they no longer have their food service management division.
The best memory I had with the Marriot hotel, was in 1992 I conceived my son there with my husband. I have loved the hotel chain ever since. To us it's a very special place.
Bill Marriott attended every design review of his Ritz-Carlton hotels during my time with the company in the late 1990's and early 2000's. He was truly involved! He also was a great gentleman and treated everyone who participated in the reviews with courtesy and respect. I am honored to have been associated with him in my small way.
He *does* care. Even though he is no longer the CEO, Mr. Marriott remains very active in day to day operations including visiting many hotels a year to inspect the properties and meet with the staff. He’s truly an inspirational leader!
I work as an auditor for one of the hotels in the Marriott Corporation. Even though were furloughed right now they still keep us updated as to when we will open again.

I met my wife for the very first time at Newark airport, we saw the Marriott hotel in the same parking lot and looked very nice, we stayed there for our first time we met, and now we are 9 years married, still this day that Marriott will always be in our hearts becuase of the good memories we have there and we love there staff and still visit there once in a while when we go on vacation! It is the best hotel I ever stayed at and plan on going back soon!

I work for the luxury brand "The Ritz Carlton" and I have had nothing but great experiences with the brand, sadly this corona virus has put everything on pause for now, but i'm really excited for this summer at Gaby's by the lake at The Ritz Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee.
I work at the Ritz Carlton Marina del Rey and this virus has really interfered with my hotel. We would've been packed with guest right now if it weren't for this virus. I hope this ends soon and we can get back to attending our guests.
@@brianflores6448 My hotel just did a remodel on all of our rooms, then closed before the guests were even given the chance to even experience them. We also re opened our lake restaurant at the same time of all of this, just to close it as well.
The answer to your question: the most memorable Marriott experience happened just last week when we had stains on the room linen, wet towels in the bathrooms, left over packets of chips and food from previous guests, and over half of the staff of Marriott not wearing face masks and following social distancing protocols. I am sure JW would be turning in his grave having franchised his name to JW Marriott at Chandigarh in India!
My Memorable Experience at Marriot hotel was getting inside the hotel and getting out of the hotel all in a sudden by hearing the price range of the rooms 😅

I have a credit card that is no longer available to the public to apply for. Its the Chase Ritz Carlton Visa Card. It comes with a BUNCH of travel perks. One of which involves a bunch of perks with The Marriott brand. My fiance and I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale and at The J.W. Marriott Marquis in Miami. All I have to say is we felt like millionaires. Between the luxury suites and the over the top customer service it made my fiance very very spoiled. Both stays my card got us extra perks for free. One negative. My fiance will only stay in a high end Marriott brand when we travel now.

I travel a lot for work if you ever get to Atlanta check the W Hotel in Midtown the new renovation to the hotel is amazing you would really enjoy the managers that work there the staff at the bar is one of the best I have been to by far they remember you by name and drink choices if I could post a picture of my stay you would be amazed.

I had a wonderful stay at Rome Marriott Park Resort in October 2019. That was the only time I ever stayed at a Marriott establishment.
I am a proud Marriott employee and even prouder to know the owners as being humble and really care for their staff.
I like how the Ritz Carlton refer to their staff as gentlemen and ladies instead of employees. It gives them a distinction from other hotels.

First wedding I ever went to was a marriot on NH, but since then, I have made many amazing memories with this brand
