The song you should add to your react list is "Aha! Singapore, The Star Vista". It is a live performance but you will get to hear Avi's crazy low range and Mitch's high range. It's their most famous live performance ever. Avi actually blew out a speaker with his voice, which he did quite often, during that song when Mitch got down on his hands and knees. Also, Mitch had drank 2 redbulls before doing that song so you will see when thise kick in. You're mind will be blown with Avi and Mitch. (You won't see Kevin, but he was putting his cello away, and he comes out, but the person who was recording it never shows him).
Avi sings the entire lead for Light In the Hallway. No official video for it, but a couple of really good fan videos when they performed it at the end of their concerts in a mic-down, semi-circle around a single central mic.
After PTX won their season of The Sing-Off, moved to LA, and had the record contract that was part of their winnings dropped by the record company that didn't know how to market an a cappella group. They started making videos on TH-cam and this was the first video of theirs that went viral. While the view count is miniscule compared to the original by Gotye, it still was a huge boost for them as they tried to make a name for themselves.
Great reaction! Yes, Avi has a wonderful voice. He's an opera trained basso profundo ( deep bass) and now has his own solo career. Kevin is an incredible beatboxer...always coming up with unusual sounds to imitate. Yes, Kirstie has a lovely voice and there a few PTX pieces where she's the lead: Say Something, Be My Eyes, My Favourite Things, Love Me When I Don't.
Since releasing his first true solo song in March 2019, Avi Kaplan has written and produced quite a catalog of songs, with wide-ranging genres and instrumentation. He just finished his 3rd full US tour and will be heading to Europe in September for his 3rd tour there. If you want to check out what he has created apart from PTX, most reactors start with that first release - "Change on the Rise" - wherein he does all vocals and sounds other than organ and tambourine in the bridge. He makes great use of his vocal training, and of his composition and arranging training from college.
I notice that you have done quite a few reactions to Japanese groups. Pentatonix is popular in Japan; they have done special recordings for the Japanese market and collaborated with J-pop girl group Little Glee Monster "Dear My Friend" and "Midnight in Tokyo", and J-pop boy group Ateez ("A Little Space").
Pentatonix songs suggestions: **List may contain some songs you may have reacted to** Some Covers are: Hallelujah, The Sound of Silence, Daft Punk, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, Cheerleader (OMI Cover), 12 Days Of Christmas, Cruisin For a Bruisin, Can You Feel the Love Tonight, O Come All Ye Faithful, 90’s Dance Medley, Bohemian Rhapsody, Mad World, Wizard of Ahhhs (a montage of several modern songs made to tell the classic story of wizard of oz), Radioactive, Problem, Say Something, Kiss From a Rose (live vevo), Jolene, Royals, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies, the Prayer, You’re a Mean One Mr. Grinch…. .Some Originals are: Love Again, Sing, Be My Eyes, Coffee in Bed, Happy Now, Run to You, A Little Space, Never Gonna Cry Again, The Lucky Ones…. During the pandemic they released an album called “At Home”. It was recorded entirely at their own homes separately on Zoom then sent to the studio to be put together….songs include… Blinding Lights, Home, When the Party’s Over, Break My Heart, Dreams. SO MANY MORE…. TOO MANY TO LIST, BUT THIS IS A GOOD START. ENJOY YOUR JOURNEY TO THE RABBIT HOLE KNOWN AS… PENTATONIX.
Great reaction. Love me some babytonix. Any song that has Avi doing lead (there are several) or has a singing part..I'm here for. Need to do his solo work.
Hello, *Okebekee* Ever thought about reacting to an all female band that dresses up in maid outfits? Well there is this band out of Japan called *BAND-MAID* and I really think you might enjoy their music cause I really do. Do you mind reacting to their song *Choose me (Official Music Video)* because you only live you get it.... Well I wish you all the best on your channel and hope to see a *BAND-MAID* reaction in the near future. 😊
It doesn't matter what year or what song you pick of Pentatonix they are amazing. Have fun on your trip. We'll be waiting.

Recommend their cover of Sound Of Silence.
You should check out his solo stuff. Would recommend Change on the rise or Full moon they are very different but both are great.
Try Havana! Amazing Grace or Cheerleader

There is nothing we don't like from PTX
