This is a great intro to breathing meditation. I've been doing yoga for about 10 years and incorporate this type of meditation into my practice. A friend who doesn't have yoga experience has recently recovered from COVID and is having difficulty with anxiety and brain fog. I will be sharing this with her. Thank you.
