youre actually insane like in a good way. Ive been a fan of many many guide makers before but i espeically love how detailed you are and how flexible you are. Its not just meta this meta that with you, but you also think about a viewer's personal wish and you manage to make a good team around that
on PF, acheron and kafka have a very nice synergy. Kafka inflict so much debuff while acheron breaks and giving shock debuff, activating kafka trace (plunder: when shocked enemies dies, kafka gain energy).
I have to give thanks to your 3 star light cone video, I ended up making a team of Acheron/Welt/Gallagher/Pela. Welt + Gallagher is surprisingly comfy. I thought I wouldn't be able to do much with Acheron anytime soon as a newer player but you brought me towards Multiplication Gallagher for the awesome SP generation for everyone else to skill spam better and have better ult uptime on just E1. Now the team feels reliable. Praise be to lord Guoberon 🙏
i'm new, i just installed the game again because of acheron what does multiplication gallagher mean? can you send the video? edit: nvm i found the gallagher video tho after seeing what multiplication LC does (advancing action forward) i was wondering, doesn't his A4 basically take away one turn of his debuff, or how is one turn counted?
@@onlykai976 I think that every action an enemy makes uses a turn (I'm unsure about how this works for enemies performing consecutive actions). I'm sure that the enemy's turn is the timer by which the debuff works on... So no, there's no anti-synergy with Multiplication and his A4 with his debuff. It DOES mean that Gallagher's sustain has worse uptime against fast enemies though, but that's why Welt is a great "sustain" partner for Gallagher.
I can't stop thinking about Acheron. The title explains it all. My mind is an engine and she is the fuel that makes my body work. If she leaves my thoughts, the uncontrollable spasms emanating from my core swell to inconceivable amounts of pain and anguish. Acheron is a drug that kills me a little each time but keeps me living. When I sleep, the dreams that meddle in my brain can only perceive colors that are a shade of purple, black, white, or red. Anything else is unrecognisable sludge because my mind's purpose is to seek for her and what pertains to her. When I wake up, my limbs grow a conscience of their own and drag limply to my computer. My fingers pounce at my keyboard and mouse at rapid speeds with a sole purpose to boot up Star Rail. I sit for hours, days at a time, only to keep my occipital lobe entertained by the eyecandy that is her figure. I ignore water. I ignore food. I ignore hygiene. My room smells like mildew. My nostrils shrivel up and decompose at the scent, but I'm stuck in limbo. Everything is a reference to her. My parents look at me with disgusted, sharp eyes. Isn't Acheron's blade sharp as well? My legs turn purple from the way they crunch up without motion for days. Isn't Acheron's outfit purple as well? The wallpaper of my cousin's phone is set along the passing shore of a beach. She keeps her blade stuck to my neck, ready to annihilate me to bits at the very moment I decide to show hesitation or dominance. I swipe the card. I pull for her light cone. I get Night on the Milky Way. She edges the blade closer, a visible crease appearing at the side. I give her Superimposition V Good Night and Sleep Well. "Look at my fucking stats." she shouts. "Only 176 CRIT DMG? Do. Better." I swipe the card once again. The digits of my bank account fall closer and closer to zero. I get her light cone. Five times. I look at her face. Oh, so pretty, even with that discontent face. I put her on my team, only to realise that I don't even have 2 Nihility characters to activate her full potential. "You want 45% more damage? My eidolons are a thing, you know." ... My bank account shows 2 dollars. My ingame account shows E6S5 Acheron. My dignity into account? I've lost it all. I feel nothing but shame. What a cruel world.
One small mistake is that Gunaifen needs much less EHR if you have her E1 since she reduces the enemy effect res by 10% with skill. Otherwise very good guide Gouba-chan!
Ye I forgot to mention it, if you do basic only - for some reason - it won’t be up, and you still need the base EHR for first application, but yeah skill into basic reduces it a bunch
With my 160+ spd Fire MC I can generate so many ults for acheron and even sustain pretty decently on fights without too much AoE. Glad I finally have a reason to use her again.
People keep saying her sustain is trash. I keel telling them it's bc the MC needs speed to do their job good. High defense means nothing if they can't replenish that shield.
Yep. I've been using Fire MC successfully with a higher speed build so every enemy is usually always provoked. It's just quite hard to build since her base spd is quite abyssmal.
@@ampersan3 very true. Fire mc will soon be outshines by Harmony MC though. I'm super excited about that but I'm hoping that maybe they will have cool break effect preservation light cones soon.
Thanks so much for all your helpful advice! This video has just confirmed that I have been running things mostly correct! I just need to go back and find your video on Welt Sustain because I thought I had him there, but but maybe it is my other choices. My usual party for Acheron consists of E0S1 Acheron, Pela on Incessant Rain, Welt, and Gallagher or Fire MC on Trend.
I'm running Acheron, her dance partner, Ghalaghar, and Pela. Been having a great time with this team! Now to level the rest of the gang to 80 as I'm still relatively new 😂 Have a lovely day and thanks for all the helpful content!
Lots of good ideas for team building here, and some I hadn’t thought of yet! My two go-to’s so far have been Sparkle-Pela(resolution)-Gepard(trend) for content were I can’t keep taking chip damage with no heals. When I have to delete everything in the universe as fast as possible I swap Gepard for Welt who is built as a fast sub-DPS with enough EHR. I love that both their ultimates have a black hole theme too haha pretty accurate description of that team, Acheron easily reaches 1 mil ults, and she’s only E0S1. 😅
Eyo I've not found such well crafted team guides like this. As a new player who JUST got Acheron last night, I seriously appreciate your hard work on this. I'm "new" to HSR technically, and since I can't level grind like in normal RPG's, my team comp is mostly survivability with low damage. Before Acheron my newb ass ran: Fire MC, E0 Gepard, E0, Lynx, and E0 Dr. Ratio. I got Acheron and have been testing her out with: Fire MC, Gepard, and Lynx. I believe I have an E3 Gallagher and an E4 Pela from the banner, so I'm gonna build them up and try them out as I never expected I'd use them. Especially given the more complex builds I've found online that didn't make much sense to me. So thanks brother!
I am running Gallagher/Welt/Guinaifen/Acheron Gallagher and Welt synergize so damn well with each other, and Guinaifen is just there to keep that Firekiss up. It is not perfect, but it does the work!
@@matthewwong467 for me it’s not much of an issue. Gep getting hit a lot helps build ult and with sparkles ult I can spam his skill a little more often to help build ult faster.

Yeah slow Acheron is the way here, and tbh a slow ruan Mei if you are 0 cycling sounds great to let Acheron have perma buffs for her ults that BS Kafka generate
Acheron, Black Swan, Kafka, and a sustainer definitely seems like an interesting team. My team rn is just Acheron, Pela, BS, and Gallagher which seems fine but BS isn't putting up the dmg numbers she would with my Kafka and Ruan Mei so I def wanna try them all out together. Great guide vid!!
With the Resolution cone, one thing I never see mentioned is that it specifically does NOT reapply if the debuff is already on an enemy, and this comes up constantly with Pela basic attacks and Acheron stack generation. If Pela gets two turns before the enemy and does a basic attack on the second one, the debuff won't reapply and there is no stack generated. Most commonly this issue comes when you use Pela's ult on or near her own turn, because this also applies the Resolution debuff. You need to either ult then attack to waste a stack but generate energy, attack then ult to waste energy for a stack, or ult then skill (with E4) to generate a stack and energy but eat a skill point. Certainly nothing that breaks Pela, she's still the top tier choice, but using her optimally with Acheron specifically requires a bit more paying attention to the timing of using things than just "free stacks on her basic attacks".
I slightly disagree with your segment on Welt Sustain. When built specifically with enough speed, EHR, and a regen rope plus vonwaq he is an immensely consistent sustain. The specific team comp of Acheron, Pela/SilverWolf, Ruan Mei, and Welt is so absurd when you get it going. The combination of Acherons Omni-toughness break, Welt’s pushback, RM’s breakness efficiency, and SW/Pela’s defense shred makes this team have a unique niche as being the ultimate Omni-break team. Useful in practically all content
Well, the problem is start to rise when the enemies didn't have imaginary weakness and resist imprisone tough. Yes, you can mitigate it with higher EHR but sometimes you might need something like 150%+ EHR which is not always easy to pull. *and vonwach is rather inefficient to farm. Unless you're aiming for 0 clear, there are no real reason to farm Vonwach or Wind set
@@danielak1666 If there is only one between imaginary weakness or resist to imprisonment is still fine, you just break or just land the imprisonment normally. With both it's still doable in the 100-120% I believe, I've been watching someone sustaining with Welt against that worst possible scenario with less than 130% EHR and the imprison landed pretty consistently still. Vonwacq is not the ideal set to farm but you don't have to farm that much, I just farmed a random orb with SPD and used a self resin for the rope just for the ERR main stat, considering you can use a rainbow set reaching the stat requirements is not that bad even if you don't have great planar pieces, you kinda just want the set bonus and the ERR main stat and call it a day. Acheron's damage improves so much from running Welt sustain that it's more than worth it, unless you don't want to manual fight because TBH that might be the biggest deal for some people about that team comp
@@grogash90 Never says welt sustain is bad. It's just not as "Practically useful in all content" as he said since he did require some rather heavy investment. Another problem with relying on Vonwach is the advance forward won't carried over into next wave. That's why I said it's not really worth to farm unless you're aiming for 0 cycle. Nah, the biggest problem is it's not really that great for a blind run. Even one of cc that promote Welt sustain already mention that Welt sustain is great as long as you already "finished" the puzzle and different stage is a different puzzle. Welt sustain is certainly made for a fast clear and not everyone actually care about that. Many casual is satisfied to finish MoC 12 with full stars without trying to do 0 cycle or 1 cycle clear. That's why welt sustain is not as popular.

@@grogash90 Yanqing is both has imaginary weaknesses and don't resist imprisoned. If anything that was the best place to showcase welt sustain and make it look good. Can that team do the same to Sam? Like I said the problem with welt sustain arises when facing enemies without imaginary weakness and has imprison resist. Against that kind of enemies he will need some extra EHR to be able to sustain properly Btw 3 cycle on Yanqing is quite normal. My Acheron also still rainbow geared with bad crit ratio and all my Nihility is not properly geared yet (only have around 134 speed) yet Acheron, Pela, SW, Tank still able to 3 cycle Yanqing and 3-4 cycle Sam. Acheron is just that great as a dps.
Something else worth noting about Asta is that she does have the burn trace, so she's a Harmony unit who can also consistently debuff enemies with basic attacks.
I've running Acheron with Black Swan in almost every situation. Fire MC does work and that 2nd Nihility slot pingpongs between my E2 Guinaifen and my E6 Pela. Guin just had better Syneregy with Swan, while still buffing Acheron, but in PF, Pela's front loaded buffs are better. Also for any Acheron - Black Swan enjoyers, The newest Weekly boss becomes a Treat to fight since whenever the bug die or spawn, Acheron gets a stack! It's nuts!
I, too, have an update, my friend. Good and bad news. Good: I finally found a good ATK sphere to replace the Lightning DMG one from before that has both Crit Rate and Damage. Bad: It's still a Glamoth piece. Small wins, I suppose. Hahaha!
Its good to note that Guinaifen in the SU, if you have that blessing that triggers dot on hit, even chars that don't apply debuffs can generate charges and Acheron can get more than one charge per skill

E2S1 Yomi with no Sparkle here Nice content as always.. Waiting for next video when Aventurine, new nihility and harmony coming.. I just hope there's no debuff immune boss in the future My comfy setup rn is base speed Yomi with 160 speed E0S1 Bronya, 161+ speed SW/Pela and FX/Geppie. Tbh there's not many option with Acheronya as of now since ideally we want 2 sp positive for the rest 2 slots to make it sp neutral.. Especially if you use Kafka on 2nd team, BS and RM are a regular member there. But for Acheronya team, I prefer SW and Pela because I can focus on getting high speed for them. And it's a hassle to tune BS speed every time anyways Hopefully can get E1 Bronya soon coz Sparkle rerun should be still far away ~ (unless there's a miracle when we got all banner rerun :copeintensifies:) For speed run/auto farm SU team, I usually just run her with Bronya, RM and Welt. Tho idk why sometimes on auto, Bronya use her skill on Welt even when he got lower atk and cv
For current PF, Acheron-Kafka-Guinaifen-Himeko works pretty well since we need contant clearing in that mode and Acheron's ult has a big downtime for how overkill it is there. A f2p GNSW Kafka will help generate one extra ult stack per rotation by triggering Guinaifen's firekiss, and Himeko will supply extra clear from just everyone breaking weaknesses all the time.
Since I already have sparkle paired with DHIL I'm running my E2S1 Acheron with E1 Bronya, E4 Pela and E4 Gallagher. Once I speedtuned Acheron and Bronya I got 12 stacks at cycle 0 (not counting the starting 5 from her ascension trace, the 1 from starting with a debuffing technique nor the ones that inflict the supps, just Acheron turns). Turbo ults and doesn't lose much damage.

Hope you can continue this and take needed breaks when you feel like it's getting a bit overwhelming! Just a suggestion if you don't mind hearing it out (you might have heard this already), would it be possible for you to dive on "auto teams" as like another sort of content? I believe a lot of people play this game a lot on "auto" so this would target those and I don't think many CC's have made such content before - just thought this might be a cool switch in content. I love my Pela, Welt, and Ruan Mei team on a E0S1 Acheron. With E2 Welt and Tutorial light cone you can always do ultimate every 2 autos and with a vonwaq piece for both pela and welt on steam with Ruan Mei E0S1, both can ult at the start of the fight after one skill.
I've been using 161+ SPD Multiplication Gallagher and I've been 1 cycling MoC like never before. Him along with SW, Pela allows them to skill spam more often with his SP positivity, making them get more ults = more Slashed Dreams.
I take your video as verification that I can run Acheron, Kafka, Black Swan, Gallagher just playing through the game normally, since I like these 4 a lot. Acheron Was actually optional in this team and I didn't plan getting her, I just wanted as many Gallagher as possible to cleanse my hyper fixation. Black Swan is a must in any main team for me because I love the voice acting work of Arryn Zech and she as a person is incredible as well. Kafkas trailer was on repeat back when it came out and she's one of my strongest units. Acheron just happened during Gallagher pulls, would have run these 3 with Sampo instead of Acheron if I didn't have to throw 150+ pulls on the banners just because Dan Heng had an attention problem and needed to show up every 10 pulls D':

I just want to add, that if your team contained a passive character (Passive in what I mean is focusing on buffing another character with little to no chance to attack enemies.) Like Bronya or Sparkle, Gallagher's healing efficiency will drop a lot for the team's survivability, his kit works like Luocha in a nutshell but his healing needs for the characters themselves to attack. Hence most of the time in my testing using Gallagher, I spend so many unnecessary amounts of SP to keep Sparkle alive contrary to my fear of Pela getting killed first.
Do note that Gallaghar is still really handy with Acheron even at E0, however you'll want to prioritize energy buffs on him to make sure you can keep your ult up consistently E2 just makes everything better as he can remove debuffs on allies
As someone who got tingyun and sparkle, but hates both of them, i am thankful for this video. Thanks mate, now i know what to take without putting neither sparkle or tingyun on my team. Oh and for those wondering why i pulled for sparkle even tho i hate her? I got a rule on every gacha. I will always do at least 1 tenpull per update in any gacha, and because of this i got sparkle.
Black Swan is such an great battery for Acheron. Easily can be skill point positive, applies debuff no matter what she does. AND, her technique works AFTER the one you attacked with. For example. if you used technique with Acheron, it will go off, give you the stack, and THEN the Black Swan's technique starts, giving you another one. So with her, you'll always be at 7 stacks at the start of the battle.
I recently pulled two acherons in a row so I have her up to 250% crit damage and I’m winning right now. Running Pela, Gui and Fire MC and I’m loving it
I have been having fun with a Topaz, Kafka, Black swan and Acheron team. Not the best but definitely fun to see nimby and Kafka just keep on going and going while giving Acheron her stacks. My Acheron can ult twice by the time she gets her turn. Not the most optimal team comp but the most fun I've had especially in Golden gears/swarm elation path abusing the 'ultimate is a follow up' blessing.
I did two runs Team 1: Acheron- e0s4 GNSW Sparkle- e0s1 Earthly Pela- e6s5 Resolution Gallagher- e5s5 Quid Pro Quo Team 2: Acheron- e0s4 GNSW Silver Wolf- e0s5 Tutorial Pela- e6s5 Resolution Gallagher- e5s5 Quid Pro Quo I used Sparkle in place of Silver Wolf in one of my runs and noticed it cleared just as fast as my Silver Wolf team. My Acheron is e0s0 with 66/120 crit outside of battle. Rainbow set as I wasnt expecting to pull her but caved. My Silver Wolf/Pela team dealt 100k more dmg when they have the 100% def shred. My Sparkle team cleared just as quick with no troubles. Sparkle buffs Acherons skill dmg more than Silver Wolf on the team it seemed so that 100k dmg wasnt missing. Disclaimer though as I have 160 speed on my Silver Wolf and my Sparkle. They dont have great builds either so maybe that is a contributing factor to why Silver Wolf preformed similarly in terms of cycles. This may change outside of this current MoC. I dont see it changing all too much as Gallagher is just super good for debuffing with decent speed and energy efficiency. Plus if I used perhaps Dance Dance Dance instead of her signature Sparkle may help give similat ult turns due to her making Pela act more. I have a video up showing it a bit. Im TERRIBLE at MoC so dont judge me too harshly if anyone sees it. Also recorded it on my phone as i was too lazy to record on my PC. Im trying to get into posting my runs on here and TikTok to keep a log of my progress. I felt it would be fun to see how far I can go if I dedicate more of my time to specific units.

Pro tip for fire tb: You can apply shields 'out of turn' with the ultimate. I find it better to hold ultimate and overcap a bit of energy so as to not waste shield durability by overwriting immediately after getting one from the turn anyways. One common critique of fire tb is 'weak shields', which is true, but the taunt, the 15% aoe damage reduction from using skill (which you should be doing every turn) on a speedy trailblazer makes sustaining look scarier than it actually is. The real downside of using Gepard, Fire TB, and even Aventurine (to a lesser extent) is the lack of cleanse; well built, all of them will sustain enough for MOC.
I didn’t realize this until recently but SW’s basic attack is actually multi hit and you can away with something like 110 EHR which is much easier to achieve and not too far from 97 you’d want anyway.

Acheron, Market Gepard, Guinaifen, and E1 Kafka, Kafka applies a debuff on her ult, follow up with E1 AND on her skill since popping guin's or market's dot applies firekiss stacks. 3 dots for kafka's dot set as well (kafka, guin, market).
@@Kspice9000 ah your right about kafka, forgot fua comes with her dot. Firekiss does grant stacks, go test it. Skill on kafka against an enemy with random dots, no stack granted simce its not appllying a debuff, then kafka skill with a burn and a guinaifen in the team you will get a stack. Same reaseon why guinaifen's ult grants a stack, it doesnt actaully apply a debuff but you still get a stack since you poping a burn which applies firekiss debuff.
Whenever I borrow an Acheron to farm just for funzies, I do: E4 Pela on S2 Pearls, E6 Caelus on S2 Trend, Sampo, Acheron Sampo is at 161 speed to farm sp, so TB can use taunt more often
Seeing as though this game has seen fit to give me E2 Welt through lost 50/50s, I’ve been using Acheron, Welt, Silver Wolf, and either Gallagher or Gepard with Universal Market for sustain as my main Acheron teams.
My Acheron is at E0 with Pela, Sparkle and Gepard rn, i think its an ok team for general use but I might using SW instead of Sparkle. Thanks for this guide i really needed it!
I think in general SW will be better if your Acheron is S0 and using speed boots, or if you have SW eidolons. At S1 with attack boots Sparkle will likely outperform in almost all cases. I use this same team and it ludicrous how much damage it does despite not getting full use of the nihility passive. If you have Welt I’d suggest building him for sustain for those times when you need destroy the universe to win 😅

@@mjt7998 I don't think you'll be disappointed with the results! It's easily her highest damage E0S1 team. I feel like my relics are so-so (3.6k atk, 74/171 ratio) and she always hits for minimum a million against a full field. And she gets to do it every cycle pretty much (Sparkle's speed is important, try to hit 160). The gepard variant gets similar amounts of ults but you're trading that 1.45x multiplier for permanent sustain for long fights/farming.

Acheron, Kafka, Pela and Lynx (yeah, I don't have a better sustain) was enough for me to kill Sam in 2 cycles for a 4 cycle clear in MoC. Acheron, Kafka, Black Swan and Luocha got me a comfortable 40k in the second half of Pure Fiction for 80k overall.
My current team is Acheron, Gallagher, Pela and Sparkle. Best I can do with what I have. Works somewhat. Use Sparkle to keep pulling up Acheron to use her skill, Pela for def shred and debuff (Have Pearls on her.) Sustain is a little iffy. Would like to hit higher damage, have Acheron E0S1.
I sadly do not have any of the limited harmony units, but Acheron e2s1, bronya e1 with her signature, pela, and gepard has been my team, and It's been pretty great
I made an interesting build... and i used: black swan E01, acheron E02, sparkle E02, and huo huo E04. To get the lightning debuff for blackswan ability, i gave her kafka erode light cone and let me tell u the dmg is immaculant. Then sparkle constantly keeps acheron at the top, and she gets her ults quicccck. Huo huo is there to charge everyone else and provide res if they should die somehow
Currently running Acheron with Pela, SW, and FX for the time being. Once I build Gallagher I'm gonna change that team to Acheron Pela Welt Gallagher, and move SW and FX back to my Mono Quantum team

My core has been Acheron E2S1, Pela on Reso, Sparkle S1 and Fu Xuan E1S1. I’ve tried using Trend on her but it’s so abysmally low uptime that I don’t think it’s worth it lmao
it is incredible how a character that seems so limited by that abyss trace actually has so many different and creative team structures

on PF, acheron and kafka have a very nice synergy. Kafka inflict so much debuff while acheron breaks and giving shock debuff, activating kafka trace (plunder: when shocked enemies dies, kafka gain energy).

I have to give thanks to your 3 star light cone video, I ended up making a team of Acheron/Welt/Gallagher/Pela. Welt + Gallagher is surprisingly comfy. I thought I wouldn't be able to do much with Acheron anytime soon as a newer player but you brought me towards Multiplication Gallagher for the awesome SP generation for everyone else to skill spam better and have better ult uptime on just E1. Now the team feels reliable.

@@onlykai976 I think that every action an enemy makes uses a turn (I'm unsure about how this works for enemies performing consecutive actions). I'm sure that the enemy's turn is the timer by which the debuff works on...
So no, there's no anti-synergy with Multiplication and his A4 with his debuff. It DOES mean that Gallagher's sustain has worse uptime against fast enemies though, but that's why Welt is a great "sustain" partner for Gallagher.
I can't stop thinking about Acheron.
The title explains it all. My mind is an engine and she is the fuel that makes my body work. If she leaves my thoughts, the uncontrollable spasms emanating from my core swell to inconceivable amounts of pain and anguish. Acheron is a drug that kills me a little each time but keeps me living.
When I sleep, the dreams that meddle in my brain can only perceive colors that are a shade of purple, black, white, or red. Anything else is unrecognisable sludge because my mind's purpose is to seek for her and what pertains to her. When I wake up, my limbs grow a conscience of their own and drag limply to my computer. My fingers pounce at my keyboard and mouse at rapid speeds with a sole purpose to boot up Star Rail. I sit for hours, days at a time, only to keep my occipital lobe entertained by the eyecandy that is her figure. I ignore water. I ignore food. I ignore hygiene. My room smells like mildew. My nostrils shrivel up and decompose at the scent, but I'm stuck in limbo.
Everything is a reference to her. My parents look at me with disgusted, sharp eyes. Isn't Acheron's blade sharp as well? My legs turn purple from the way they crunch up without motion for days. Isn't Acheron's outfit purple as well? The wallpaper of my cousin's phone is set along the passing shore of a beach. Along the passing shore? Isn't that Acheron's signature light cone?
My wallet is a real-life interpretation of being poor in a cartoon. Nothing but a penny and two flies to my name. What currency I once had has now turned to crystals with a pink and blue gradient. All in the hopes to appease the voices in my head. I pull for Acheron. I get Bailu. I swipe the card and get her guaranteed. I feel content.
She grabs me by the throat. "Fermata? What the fuck is this." she says. She keeps her blade stuck to my neck, ready to annihilate me to bits at the very moment I decide to show hesitation or dominance. I swipe the card. I pull for her light cone. I get Night on the Milky Way. She edges the blade closer, a visible crease appearing at the side. I give her Superimposition V Good Night and Sleep Well. "Look at my fucking stats." she shouts. "Only 176 CRIT DMG? Do. Better."
I swipe the card once again. The digits of my bank account fall closer and closer to zero. I get her light cone. Five times. I look at her face. Oh, so pretty, even with that discontent face. I put her on my team, only to realise that I don't even have 2 Nihility characters to activate her full potential. "You want 45% more damage? My eidolons are a thing, you know."

One small mistake is that Gunaifen needs much less EHR if you have her E1 since she reduces the enemy effect res by 10% with skill. Otherwise very good guide Gouba-chan!
Ye I forgot to mention it, if you do basic only - for some reason - it won’t be up, and you still need the base EHR for first application, but yeah skill into basic reduces it a bunch
With my 160+ spd Fire MC I can generate so many ults for acheron and even sustain pretty decently on fights without too much AoE. Glad I finally have a reason to use her again.
People keep saying her sustain is trash. I keel telling them it's bc the MC needs speed to do their job good. High defense means nothing if they can't replenish that shield.
Yep. I've been using Fire MC successfully with a higher speed build so every enemy is usually always provoked. It's just quite hard to build since her base spd is quite abyssmal.

My usual party for Acheron consists of E0S1 Acheron, Pela on Incessant Rain, Welt, and Gallagher or Fire MC on Trend.
I'm running Acheron, her dance partner, Ghalaghar, and Pela. Been having a great time with this team! Now to level the rest of the gang to 80 as I'm still relatively new 😂 Have a lovely day and thanks for all the helpful content!

Lots of good ideas for team building here, and some I hadn’t thought of yet! My two go-to’s so far have been Sparkle-Pela(resolution)-Gepard(trend) for content were I can’t keep taking chip damage with no heals. When I have to delete everything in the universe as fast as possible I swap Gepard for Welt who is built as a fast sub-DPS with enough EHR. I love that both their ultimates have a black hole theme too haha pretty accurate description of that team, Acheron easily reaches 1 mil ults, and she’s only E0S1. 😅

I'm "new" to HSR technically, and since I can't level grind like in normal RPG's, my team comp is mostly survivability with low damage.
Before Acheron my newb ass ran: Fire MC, E0 Gepard, E0, Lynx, and E0 Dr. Ratio.
I got Acheron and have been testing her out with: Fire MC, Gepard, and Lynx.
I believe I have an E3 Gallagher and an E4 Pela from the banner, so I'm gonna build them up and try them out as I never expected I'd use them. Especially given the more complex builds I've found online that didn't make much sense to me.

Gallagher and Welt synergize so damn well with each other, and Guinaifen is just there to keep that Firekiss up. It is not perfect, but it does the work!

Acheron, Black Swan, Kafka, and a sustainer definitely seems like an interesting team. My team rn is just Acheron, Pela, BS, and Gallagher which seems fine but BS isn't putting up the dmg numbers she would with my Kafka and Ruan Mei so I def wanna try them all out together. Great guide vid!!
With the Resolution cone, one thing I never see mentioned is that it specifically does NOT reapply if the debuff is already on an enemy, and this comes up constantly with Pela basic attacks and Acheron stack generation. If Pela gets two turns before the enemy and does a basic attack on the second one, the debuff won't reapply and there is no stack generated.
Most commonly this issue comes when you use Pela's ult on or near her own turn, because this also applies the Resolution debuff. You need to either ult then attack to waste a stack but generate energy, attack then ult to waste energy for a stack, or ult then skill (with E4) to generate a stack and energy but eat a skill point.
Certainly nothing that breaks Pela, she's still the top tier choice, but using her optimally with Acheron specifically requires a bit more paying attention to the timing of using things than just "free stacks on her basic attacks".
I'm actually running her with Kafka, Black Swan and fire MC. Honestly, I love this team so much.

I slightly disagree with your segment on Welt Sustain. When built specifically with enough speed, EHR, and a regen rope plus vonwaq he is an immensely consistent sustain.
The specific team comp of Acheron, Pela/SilverWolf, Ruan Mei, and Welt is so absurd when you get it going. The combination of Acherons Omni-toughness break, Welt’s pushback, RM’s breakness efficiency, and SW/Pela’s defense shred makes this team have a unique niche as being the ultimate Omni-break team. Useful in practically all content
Well, the problem is start to rise when the enemies didn't have imaginary weakness and resist imprisone tough. Yes, you can mitigate it with higher EHR but sometimes you might need something like 150%+ EHR which is not always easy to pull.
*and vonwach is rather inefficient to farm. Unless you're aiming for 0 clear, there are no real reason to farm Vonwach or Wind set
@@danielak1666 If there is only one between imaginary weakness or resist to imprisonment is still fine, you just break or just land the imprisonment normally. With both it's still doable in the 100-120% I believe, I've been watching someone sustaining with Welt against that worst possible scenario with less than 130% EHR and the imprison landed pretty consistently still.
Vonwacq is not the ideal set to farm but you don't have to farm that much, I just farmed a random orb with SPD and used a self resin for the rope just for the ERR main stat, considering you can use a rainbow set reaching the stat requirements is not that bad even if you don't have great planar pieces, you kinda just want the set bonus and the ERR main stat and call it a day.
Acheron's damage improves so much from running Welt sustain that it's more than worth it, unless you don't want to manual fight because TBH that might be the biggest deal for some people about that team comp
@@grogash90 Never says welt sustain is bad. It's just not as "Practically useful in all content" as he said since he did require some rather heavy investment.
Another problem with relying on Vonwach is the advance forward won't carried over into next wave. That's why I said it's not really worth to farm unless you're aiming for 0 cycle.
Nah, the biggest problem is it's not really that great for a blind run. Even one of cc that promote Welt sustain already mention that Welt sustain is great as long as you already "finished" the puzzle and different stage is a different puzzle. Welt sustain is certainly made for a fast clear and not everyone actually care about that. Many casual is satisfied to finish MoC 12 with full stars without trying to do 0 cycle or 1 cycle clear. That's why welt sustain is not as popular.

Like I said the problem with welt sustain arises when facing enemies without imaginary weakness and has imprison resist. Against that kind of enemies he will need some extra EHR to be able to sustain properly
Btw 3 cycle on Yanqing is quite normal. My Acheron also still rainbow geared with bad crit ratio and all my Nihility is not properly geared yet (only have around 134 speed) yet Acheron, Pela, SW, Tank still able to 3 cycle Yanqing and 3-4 cycle Sam. Acheron is just that great as a dps.
Before I watched the video, I am rocking with Silver Wolf, Pela and Luocha.
Now I am leveling Trend LC, and Gepard gonna fit the Sustain slot.

Something else worth noting about Asta is that she does have the burn trace, so she's a Harmony unit who can also consistently debuff enemies with basic attacks.
I've running Acheron with Black Swan in almost every situation. Fire MC does work and that 2nd Nihility slot pingpongs between my E2 Guinaifen and my E6 Pela. Guin just had better Syneregy with Swan, while still buffing Acheron, but in PF, Pela's front loaded buffs are better.
Also for any Acheron - Black Swan enjoyers, The newest Weekly boss becomes a Treat to fight since whenever the bug die or spawn, Acheron gets a stack! It's nuts!

Its good to note that Guinaifen in the SU, if you have that blessing that triggers dot on hit, even chars that don't apply debuffs can generate charges and Acheron can get more than one charge per skill

My comfy setup rn is base speed Yomi with 160 speed E0S1 Bronya, 161+ speed SW/Pela and FX/Geppie.
Tbh there's not many option with Acheronya as of now since ideally we want 2 sp positive for the rest 2 slots to make it sp neutral..
Especially if you use Kafka on 2nd team, BS and RM are a regular member there.
But for Acheronya team, I prefer SW and Pela because I can focus on getting high speed for them. And it's a hassle to tune BS speed every time anyways

For speed run/auto farm SU team, I usually just run her with Bronya, RM and Welt. Tho idk why sometimes on auto, Bronya use her skill on Welt even when he got lower atk and cv
For current PF, Acheron-Kafka-Guinaifen-Himeko works pretty well since we need contant clearing in that mode and Acheron's ult has a big downtime for how overkill it is there. A f2p GNSW Kafka will help generate one extra ult stack per rotation by triggering Guinaifen's firekiss, and Himeko will supply extra clear from just everyone breaking weaknesses all the time.
Since I already have sparkle paired with DHIL I'm running my E2S1 Acheron with E1 Bronya, E4 Pela and E4 Gallagher. Once I speedtuned Acheron and Bronya I got 12 stacks at cycle 0 (not counting the starting 5 from her ascension trace, the 1 from starting with a debuffing technique nor the ones that inflict the supps, just Acheron turns). Turbo ults and doesn't lose much damage.

Just a suggestion if you don't mind hearing it out (you might have heard this already), would it be possible for you to dive on "auto teams" as like another sort of content? I believe a lot of people play this game a lot on "auto" so this would target those and I don't think many CC's have made such content before - just thought this might be a cool switch in content.

I love my Pela, Welt, and Ruan Mei team on a E0S1 Acheron. With E2 Welt and Tutorial light cone you can always do ultimate every 2 autos and with a vonwaq piece for both pela and welt on steam with Ruan Mei E0S1, both can ult at the start of the fight after one skill.

I've been using 161+ SPD Multiplication Gallagher and I've been 1 cycling MoC like never before. Him along with SW, Pela allows them to skill spam more often with his SP positivity, making them get more ults = more Slashed Dreams.

I take your video as verification that I can run Acheron, Kafka, Black Swan, Gallagher just playing through the game normally, since I like these 4 a lot. Acheron Was actually optional in this team and I didn't plan getting her, I just wanted as many Gallagher as possible to cleanse my hyper fixation. Black Swan is a must in any main team for me because I love the voice acting work of Arryn Zech and she as a person is incredible as well. Kafkas trailer was on repeat back when it came out and she's one of my strongest units. Acheron just happened during Gallagher pulls, would have run these 3 with Sampo instead of Acheron if I didn't have to throw 150+ pulls on the banners just because Dan Heng had an attention problem and needed to show up every 10 pulls D':

I just want to add, that if your team contained a passive character (Passive in what I mean is focusing on buffing another character with little to no chance to attack enemies.) Like Bronya or Sparkle, Gallagher's healing efficiency will drop a lot for the team's survivability, his kit works like Luocha in a nutshell but his healing needs for the characters themselves to attack. Hence most of the time in my testing using Gallagher, I spend so many unnecessary amounts of SP to keep Sparkle alive contrary to my fear of Pela getting killed first.
Do note that Gallaghar is still really handy with Acheron even at E0, however you'll want to prioritize energy buffs on him to make sure you can keep your ult up consistently
E2 just makes everything better as he can remove debuffs on allies
As someone who got tingyun and sparkle, but hates both of them, i am thankful for this video. Thanks mate, now i know what to take without putting neither sparkle or tingyun on my team.
Oh and for those wondering why i pulled for sparkle even tho i hate her? I got a rule on every gacha. I will always do at least 1 tenpull per update in any gacha, and because of this i got sparkle.
Black Swan is such an great battery for Acheron.
Easily can be skill point positive, applies debuff no matter what she does.
AND, her technique works AFTER the one you attacked with.
For example. if you used technique with Acheron, it will go off, give you the stack, and THEN the Black Swan's technique starts, giving you another one.
So with her, you'll always be at 7 stacks at the start of the battle.

I have been having fun with a Topaz, Kafka, Black swan and Acheron team. Not the best but definitely fun to see nimby and Kafka just keep on going and going while giving Acheron her stacks. My Acheron can ult twice by the time she gets her turn.
Not the most optimal team comp but the most fun I've had especially in Golden gears/swarm elation path abusing the 'ultimate is a follow up' blessing.
I tend to run my E0S1 Acheron/Pela/Welt/Gallagher, lost my first 50/50 to welt but I’m extremely grateful I did now
My FX Acheron pela Black Swan team are nuts. not only BS can act as sub dps, but acheron can ult literally every cycle :D

I used Sparkle in place of Silver Wolf in one of my runs and noticed it cleared just as fast as my Silver Wolf team. My Acheron is e0s0 with 66/120 crit outside of battle. Rainbow set as I wasnt expecting to pull her but caved.
My Silver Wolf/Pela team dealt 100k more dmg when they have the 100% def shred. My Sparkle team cleared just as quick with no troubles. Sparkle buffs Acherons skill dmg more than Silver Wolf on the team it seemed so that 100k dmg wasnt missing. Disclaimer though as I have 160 speed on my Silver Wolf and my Sparkle. They dont have great builds either so maybe that is a contributing factor to why Silver Wolf preformed similarly in terms of cycles. This may change outside of this current MoC. I dont see it changing all too much as Gallagher is just super good for debuffing with decent speed and energy efficiency. Plus if I used perhaps Dance Dance Dance instead of her signature Sparkle may help give similat ult turns due to her making Pela act more.

Pro tip for fire tb: You can apply shields 'out of turn' with the ultimate. I find it better to hold ultimate and overcap a bit of energy so as to not waste shield durability by overwriting immediately after getting one from the turn anyways. One common critique of fire tb is 'weak shields', which is true, but the taunt, the 15% aoe damage reduction from using skill (which you should be doing every turn) on a speedy trailblazer makes sustaining look scarier than it actually is.
The real downside of using Gepard, Fire TB, and even Aventurine (to a lesser extent) is the lack of cleanse; well built, all of them will sustain enough for MOC.
You can but it’s still pretty weak ^^ I love them though

I didn’t realize this until recently but SW’s basic attack is actually multi hit and you can away with something like 110 EHR which is much easier to achieve and not too far from 97 you’d want anyway.
Thank you again for the amazing guide! I have to admit that teaming up Acheron is giving me more than enough trouble, is not that she can't clear content, she is a MONSTER but... It's not like our previous DPS... something feels off... I can't say that I'm satisfied and that I can bring out her true potential, kinda fun to spend hours building and theorizing tho 😅

currently running E2S1 Fu Xuan, E2S1 Acheron, E1S1 Bronya (sparkle less) and Beads of Sweat E6 Pella. damage is unbelievable
Acheron, Market Gepard, Guinaifen, and E1 Kafka, Kafka applies a debuff on her ult, follow up with E1 AND on her skill since popping guin's or market's dot applies firekiss stacks. 3 dots for kafka's dot set as well (kafka, guin, market).
Firekiss doesn't grant stacks.
You don't need e1 for fua to grant stacks
@@Kspice9000 ah your right about kafka, forgot fua comes with her dot. Firekiss does grant stacks, go test it. Skill on kafka against an enemy with random dots, no stack granted simce its not appllying a debuff, then kafka skill with a burn and a guinaifen in the team you will get a stack. Same reaseon why guinaifen's ult grants a stack, it doesnt actaully apply a debuff but you still get a stack since you poping a burn which applies firekiss debuff.

Whenever I borrow an Acheron to farm just for funzies, I do:
E4 Pela on S2 Pearls, E6 Caelus on S2 Trend, Sampo, Acheron
Sampo is at 161 speed to farm sp, so TB can use taunt more often
Seeing as though this game has seen fit to give me E2 Welt through lost 50/50s, I’ve been using Acheron, Welt, Silver Wolf, and either Gallagher or Gepard with Universal Market for sustain as my main Acheron teams.
I run her E2 with Sparkle Aventurine/Fuxuan and Silverwolf. Silverwolf with Pela gets her stacks up pretty fast as well.
Kafka with Reso is probably the fastest debuff generator, and she is the best dps/sub dps in the current moc.
Triple support Acheron hypercarry is the very definition of "Death is the best CC"
My Acheron is at E0 with Pela, Sparkle and Gepard rn, i think its an ok team for general use but I might using SW instead of Sparkle. Thanks for this guide i really needed it!
I think in general SW will be better if your Acheron is S0 and using speed boots, or if you have SW eidolons. At S1 with attack boots Sparkle will likely outperform in almost all cases. I use this same team and it ludicrous how much damage it does despite not getting full use of the nihility passive. If you have Welt I’d suggest building him for sustain for those times when you need destroy the universe to win 😅

@@mjt7998 I don't think you'll be disappointed with the results! It's easily her highest damage E0S1 team. I feel like my relics are so-so (3.6k atk, 74/171 ratio) and she always hits for minimum a million against a full field. And she gets to do it every cycle pretty much (Sparkle's speed is important, try to hit 160). The gepard variant gets similar amounts of ults but you're trading that 1.45x multiplier for permanent sustain for long fights/farming.

Yo great guide! First time commenter, long time lurker. Would be great if you can add some specific character building advice in tho. For example I heard it’s generally better to have fast debuffer and sustain but would be great if you can give a authoritative answer based on your testing.

Acheron, Kafka, Pela and Lynx (yeah, I don't have a better sustain) was enough for me to kill Sam in 2 cycles for a 4 cycle clear in MoC.
Acheron, Kafka, Black Swan and Luocha got me a comfortable 40k in the second half of Pure Fiction for 80k overall.
My current team is Acheron, Gallagher, Pela and Sparkle. Best I can do with what I have. Works somewhat. Use Sparkle to keep pulling up Acheron to use her skill, Pela for def shred and debuff (Have Pearls on her.) Sustain is a little iffy. Would like to hit higher damage, have Acheron E0S1.
Currently using: E0S1 Acheron, Pela, Psuedo Sustain Welt and planning on maybe a Fire TB
I sadly do not have any of the limited harmony units, but Acheron e2s1, bronya e1 with her signature, pela, and gepard has been my team, and It's been pretty great

I made an interesting build... and i used: black swan E01, acheron E02, sparkle E02, and huo huo E04.
To get the lightning debuff for blackswan ability, i gave her kafka erode light cone and let me tell u the dmg is immaculant. Then sparkle constantly keeps acheron at the top, and she gets her ults quicccck. Huo huo is there to charge everyone else and provide res if they should die somehow
I've been using E1Acheron/Swan/Kafka/Mei and been clearing all content with them
ive been running acheron kafka luka (only into physical weak, gui otherwise) and then trend gepard! ❤

SW, Welt, Loucha seems to be comfort team for me, just enough skillpoints and debuff generation to ult once per turn with lightcone
My favorite for Acheron right now is with Trailblazer Taunt, Silver Wolf debuff, and Resolution Pearl holder. 😬👌🏽

Currently running Acheron with Pela, SW, and FX for the time being. Once I build Gallagher I'm gonna change that team to Acheron Pela Welt Gallagher, and move SW and FX back to my Mono Quantum team
