Everyone's game usually starts at 50-60 degrees and then goes up slowly or rapidly.... but it is true that AMD 7000 series are not known to overheat. My 7700 XT has never reached a temperature higher than 73 degrees at full load with a very hot 24 degrees bedroom room temp and only 2 intake fans that have 600 rpm(because i like silence)...
because in video they use Ventus 3X for 4070 which is a cheapest 3fan 4070 and has very poor cooler quality while amd is sapphire nitro+ 3fan, definitely different
People complaining about power draw? You can afford a $500 gpu and you worry about power draw? What? It doesn't make sense... The only thing you should be worried about are the temps. And the temps are fine....
the only time I'd ever worry about power draw is on a laptop for the battery life, otherwise on my desktop I could care less because that's only a few dollar difference on the electricity bill per year especially with only a few hours a week

@@MultiKamil97 That's a fact - but I get great results using DSR 2.25x DL (1440p >> simulated 4K) with a 3080 12GB, so I'd expect a 4070 to handle that with np. Someone's going to chime in with "Hey, what about games X and Y", but that will always be the case with any card - if not this year then next year :)
I bought my son the 4070 (Streams and makes videos) but if I was spending similar money on myself I’d go 7800 XT as all I’m interested in his rasterized performance and VRAM. My 7900 XTX was using 18-19GB playing Warzone at 4K so I’d go 16GB minimum if I was spending £400-500.

Em relação ao Ray tracing eu acho aquilo uma besteira, usei ele na minha 3070 e não se saiu bem.

Overall more FPS, better 1% lows and smoother gameplay on the 7800XT with those extra 4gb of VRAM that go a long way.

After Undervolting + overclocking 4070. The power usage is around 150-160 watt plus 5-10% performance uplift.. Running perfectly on 550w PSU
