You can find JoKwon being a part of Big Hit’s christmas video and there are some 2AM videos released in the old big hit channel (now HYBE Labels channel) 🙂🙂 There’s also another video of JoKwon giving dating advice to predebut-BTS LOL

The fact that Monroe said 2PM gave her 2AM thoughts and both of these groups were formed with this feeling in mind. 2PM was meant to have more like this after-party/party feeling and 2AM more of a mellow soft side, while both groups execute a very grown sexy masculine kinda vibe. Which even gave 2PM the nickname "beast-idols", because they are so toned. In the MV all members take on different love stories/fairy tales like Beauty and the Beast, Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella and Romeo and Juliet btw. Oh and the hidden member thing is because when groups have an even number of members, choreographers still wanted to have someone in the center and used themes that are usually more practical for an uneven membered group. (Fun fact: 2PM even was 7 members way in their beginning with Jay Park) Especially many international fans don't like this, but luckily many choreographers fixed this and are now choreographing without this awful positioning.
Fun fact: I went to high school with Nickhun from 2PM. We lived a few doors down from each other and he was a senior while I was a freshman. I cannot begin to tell you how weird it’s been to watch him grow within the industry, one that I was a fan of BEFORE he went to Korea and debuted.
Wow that's amazing. Course he wasn't famous back then but still. I have to imagine he was skinny (I know JYP made him bulk up when he went to Korea). I hope his upcoming Hollywood movie Hong Kong Love Story does well.
@@jl1836 I would say yes and no. Back in Thailand and when his family lived in New Zealand he attended very expensive private schools. But when they moved back to Rancho Cucamonga (where he was born), he attended Los Osos, which is a public high school.
They are 6 members under JYP Taecyeon left JYP in 2018 and Chansung left JYP in 2021 (Chansung married with girlfriend in 2022) But Taecyeon and Chansung still are members 2PM
Nichkhun and Chansung cameo'd in Vincenzo, and they had hilarious story about it too. They all know Song Joong Ki from way back (play together in Running Man when SJK was still the RM members).
The MV originally had a different director and concept, but he broke the contract just weeks before the comeback, so they had to scramble to make this MV. That’s possibly why the camera angles aren’t great during the choreo scenes. There are individual eye-contact fancams from the MV too - the members had a variety of challenges, like winking or poking their cheek. Their live performances are excellent, especially in concert.

As a nod to their beast status, hey often include some animals or animal costumes in their videos. Hence why you saw the bunny and husky dog. The video is playing off all kinds of fairy tales--Cinderella, Bluebeard, Beauty & the Beast, Alice in Wonderland, Red Riding Hood, etc. Fun fact: The song was written by the balcony guy, JunK. If you liked this song, you really--really--need to review Hands Up, which is their most iconic song. Total party banger. They have another party banger, Go Crazy. If you ever review it, make it for the party version, because it's so funny and, well, crazy.
Loved your reaction, and I think you are amazing singers and performers! Just a thought on the choreography choice to hide one member behind the person who is taking lead - In live performances, the person who is singing next usually takes a second to prepare before his part, and often isn't dancing when you can't see him. So in the music video it does look weird, but it makes sense when they are performing live. I agree that they should have made a slight change for the video. It usually isn't that obvious.
