I'm so happy all the 2nd generation kpop groups are coming back. I started my kpop journey with the 2nd gen groups and I've waited 6 years for 2PM to finally make a comeback. Thank you for the reaction! Last year, when 2PM was inactive (cause of military service) the song 'My House' actually went viral!! The reason was that the fancams of 'My House' from the member Lee Junho got insanely popular all of a sudden. He happens to be my bias so I'm so happy that he gets a lot of recognition in Korea now! The members Taecyeon and Junho are actually chosen to represent the Korean Film Industry. 200 actors were chosen in total and I think about 5 of them are idol actors, D.O. is also one of them!
I love the lyrics to Make it! They're just so simple and cute, and the melody helps as well, like 'hey, look here for a bit, I looked without even realizing, my eyes keep going there, have we met by any chance?' THEYRE SO CUTE
This might be a little side-track information but the rapper Taecyeon, if you really want see what he is like I would suggest watching; Three Meals a Day: Jeongseon Village 1 & 2. It's actually a really, really relaxing wholesome show to watch. Taec is probably the most natural in this than in any other show. Watch it alone or w/e but I think you would enjoy it.

I found them after Vincenzo (I kept pausing on Taecyeon's scenes, lol), but my youngest daughter already knew about them. She liked a couple of their songs but said they were "old" (she's 14). I checked them out and went "DAYUM!" I really enjoy watching grown men performing as the adults that they are. It also does something for an older woman's psyche to have still been a teenager when the members were born, whereas the newer generation groups I was all 20-30+ and mommy-fied.

Since they are the bread earners of JYP, they had to tour a lot which brings in a sea of cash but damages their presence in the home market since they don't have activity and out of sight...out of mind. However 2PM is one of the breakthrough acts and are still relevant now. Seo Taiji started the whole K-pop thing and then the first generation idols copied everything because it was tried and tested formula. 2PM broke the ice and you can still see their influence in current idol groups. Infact BTS follows 2PM religiously. Early BTS is a perfect example of 2PM during their 10 out of 10 era and now the clean look of BTS is a direct 2015 2PM impact. The CEO of Big Hitz actually worked with 2PM and 2AM and was one of the close advisors so maybe that has to do with it as well.

Yes!!!! Second gen is really the golden era of kpop! Back when each group had a distinctive sound, there were no toxic competitiveness among fandoms, on the contrary we were very supportive of each other (in general of course, there's always a few exceptions) but it was really great. I'm a shawol, but I support and stan pretty much all second gen groups ( that's why I'm here, I saw 2PM, I instantly clicked 🙂) The good old years, how I wish we could go back!.

I knew the songs and stuff, but I followed them because of how hilarious they are on variety shows. only when my house came out, I was completely hooked. The album is great with songs that I still listen to today. I highly recommend that you listen to this entire album at least.

Yes!!!! Second gen is really the golden era of kpop! Back when each group had a distinctive sound, there were no toxic competitiveness among fandoms, on the contrary we were very supportive of each other (in general of course, there's always a few exceptions) but it was really great. I'm a shawol, but I support and stan pretty much all second gen groups ( that's why I'm here, I saw 2PM, I instantly clicked 🙂) The good old years, how I wish we could go back!.

Omg i was seriously hoping you would react to 2pm!! Im so happy thank you for reacting to them fifi!! And i knew you would like Taecyeon lol and yes he’s so fine along with that deep voice of his too plus he’s an amzing actor too!!😍😍 he’s one of my biases along with Nichkhun(the one who’s face got cut by the glass in make it mv) and Wooyoung (the one at the start of make it mv) wrote/produced make it also jun.k (the one in the grey suit in make it mv) is the one that wrote my house entirely by himself he’s an amazing producer/song-writer!! Also all of the members have produced/wrote or co wrote majority of their songs!! So i would highly recommend you to check out their new album and other albums etc of course whether you want to react to them or just listen to them in your own time is of course completely up to you fifi but i defo recommended checking out more of their music!!🥰💖

I see people commenting about the SKZ cover. Fair warning, I'm a Minho stan as well and I almost lost my life watching it.
2pm was not a group I liked musically speaking. I knew the songs and stuff, but I followed them because of how hilarious they are on variety shows. only when my house came out, I was completely hooked. The album is great with songs that I still listen to today. I highly recommend that you listen to this entire album at least.
