Karaniwan sa mga senador na talino ang puhunan, maraming batas ang naipasa kumpara sa mga senador na puhunan ay popularidad o pagiging maka masa. Sir Christian, great guess and very good topic. The problem with the government was that they don't want to hire like Prof. Magno. Most of the elected officials in the lower and upper chamber. Honestly even PBBM is not qualified and have the capability to run our government in my opinion.I don't see any bright future of our system, I am in my septuagenarian years. I hope our next generations of politicians will change the system for the next generations. Thanks Sir Christian and Prof.Magno
